Una villa perfettamente situata in una zona tranquilla di Puerto del Carmen, ma a pochi passi dal suo miglio d'oro, affollata di ristoranti, bar e negozi, nonché magnifiche spiagge. Progettata su un unico livello, questa villa con due camere da letto è l'ideale per la tua prossima vacanza.
Entrando, riceverai il giardino e i suoi due ingressi, uno dei quali in un parcheggio privato.
Entrando nell'edificio, troverete una terrazza coperta con divano, tavolo da pranzo e barbecue. Accanto ad esso, l'ingresso sul soggiorno / cucina, con aria condizionata nel soggiorno e TV a grande schermo. La cucina è moderna e ben attrezzata con caffettiera Dolce Gusto.
Entrando nella casa troveremo due camere matrimoniali (una delle quali è la master suite con bagno privato) e un bagno di famiglia separato. Entrambe le camere hanno anche l'aria condizionata. Nel caso in cui siano necessari più di quattro letti, nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto che può essere utilizzato su richiesta da famiglie con bambini.
Oltre la terrazza coperta si trova il giardino sul retro, con piscina all'aperto e sala da pranzo, perfetto per rilassarsi con gli amici e la famiglia.
La casa ha anche una lavanderia separata, nel giardino anteriore.
La villa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da spiagge, negozi, bar e dal famoso parco a tema Rancho Texas.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint.
The service and communication with the staff was excellent and very helpful.
The property is in a great location all rooms are a good size and the kitchen has everything you need.
It was also very quiet.
One of the bathrooms has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the remaining one will be completed hopefully in October.

Lovely vila within walking distance of everything- beach, restaurants and shops, and at the same time very private and quiet. Perfect value for money.

Our 2nd stay at Villa Oliveira and we were just as happy as the 1st time. Peaceful location. We hire a car and find it perfect to get to and from.

We spent 1 month in the house, and we had a good time. The house corresponded to the pictures on the advert so no big surprises. The outdoor area was by far our favourite part. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the garden is very well kept. The bathrooms could use some refurbishment but are still very OK and things work properly. The area is quiet and close to the promenade with shops and restaurants. The few problems we had were promptly solved by the staff and this was definitely appreciated. We will definitely book via Buena Villa if ever back in Lanzarote.

This villa has everything you need , well equipped kitchen , good bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is plenty of space outside and some good spots for sitting and enjoying the sun. The villa was immaculate and the cleaner who came mid week was brilliant. It is in a great location for exploring the strip and to walk down to Matagorda . We had a lovely time.

The villa was excellent. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including very comfortable beds and all 5 UK terrestrial channels on the TV. The pool was cleaned once a week. Thanks also to David, the Buenavilla representative.

A very nice Villa in a great location, very clean and spacious, close to all shops/bars/restaurants. The pool was fantastic, outside space was brilliant.

Fantastic property. All the rooms are a great size and you have everything you need in the kitchen.
The outside area is very spacious and the pool was a good size.
The engagement with the Property company was superb.
We stay for 10 nights and we had a cleaner during our stay to change towels, bed sheets etc. The pool was also looked over twice during our stay.
It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Beach, 10 minutes to a Supermarket and there are also bars and restaurants nearby.
I would certainly go back to this property again.

A lovely villa
Really enjoyed our 12 days at Villa Oliveira. This is our 4th stay and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Carmen. Great service from all the Buena Villas team as ever.

Beautiful comfortable villa
Loved our stay here . The villa is within close proximity to the main strip. The house was very clean and cosy and I love the personal touch from the Buenavilla team when you arrive they’ve left water juice coffee biscuits etc. Would have loved if Netflix was available on the tv as some nights it was a bit cold and we opted to come home early. We also loved the private pool and the tranquility of the surrounding area. Would definitely return here to this villa. Felt very secure there.

Lovely Private Villa with pool in a great location
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3rd stay in Villa Oliveira. A plumbing issue meant our first few days were a bit fraught with workmen trying to make sure we had water, but all was well by day 4.

Situated in quiet area of pdc,5 mins walk to beach,restaurants and supermarkets.

Lovely well equipped villa
We had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Oliveira. Was a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Villa is well equipped and pool area lovely. You tend to lose the sun quite early from the back of the property but there's plenty of sunbathing areas. English Tv is basic, channel's 1,2,3 & 4 which was fine for us. Nice big bedrooms. Showers really good. Kitchen well equipped and nice welcome pack. Overall had a fantastic stay and would recommend.

Juste Parfait !
La maison était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes. Extrêmement propre. L agence qui gère la villa est extrêmement réactive si besoin. A 10min a pied du centre ville, l emplacement était top et Permet d accéder à n importe où sur l île en moins de 45min
Nous avions peur d avoir une villa avec une minuscule piscine (on connaît les photos grand angle) mais ce n' était pas le cas. Profondeur max 1,60 qui peut paraître faible mais plutôt supérieure aux standards locaux. Possibilité de la chauffer jusqu'à a 27-28 degrés moyennant un supplément.
En couple, nous recommandons fortement cette location !

Muy limpio. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La terraza y piscina muy bien. El cuidado del jardín insuficiente. La iluminación exterior (jardín, piscina) muy poco acogedora.

Nice Villa
We stayed at Villa Oliveira in Jan Feb 2020. It is a nice villa with two double bedrooms ideal for two couples. Both bathrooms are spacious and each bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space. The dining area is in a sort of conservatory on the side of the villa. The sitting area is next to the well equipped kitchen.

Spacious villa with pool
Well stocked and furnished villa with a private pool and plenty of sunbathing areas. We paid extra to have the pool heated but when we arrived it wasn’t very warm at all. It all got sorted out by helpful rep David the following day. Can’t fault the communication from Buena Villas.

Very nice accommodation, well furnished, nice pool, sun available around the property almost for dawn to dusk (different locations), no bad points. A car may be useful for small children or older persons as although the local restaurant and the staff are fantastic is very good, most of the activities are a bit of a walk or short bus ride. The beach is less than 10 min walk to the end of the road, where you can also find a small supermarket, cash point, the restaurant. Going about 15 minutes walking in the other direction is Rancho Texas a Lanzarote feature ( although we didn’t go there) All in all my wife and I had a very good time and would certainly consider going back there.

A most enjoyable holiday in this excellent villa. Only downside was an unwelcome visitor climbed the fence into the garden and almost got into the villa. Fortunately we are very aware of such things and we always take precautions to protect our belongings. Most of the boundary is well protected but a small area between villa front gardens needs extra security defence installed. This was pointed out to the villa management team and I hope they take appropriate action. The incident made my wife very nervous and she will not return to this villa unless she is assured that appropriate action has been taken to secure the boundary.

A lovely oasis of calm
Villa Oliveira is well equipped, clean and very well appointed. A short walk from the front and a stroll to the excellent Zoo, the location is great for those who think Puerto Del Carmen is a bit over done.

The Villa was just as described, and we had a wonderful holiday. Alvaro was a charming and attentive host, and we will use BuenaVilla again soon!
