Ascolta lo schianto delle onde dal tuo condominio fronte mare completamente attrezzato con un grande ponte situato sulla pittoresca Old Orchard Beach. Fai una breve passeggiata fino al molo, ai portici, alle giostre dei parchi di divertimento o prolunga la tua camminata per chilometri sulle spiagge sabbiose. Ristorante di intrattenimento completo situato nell'edificio con reti da pallavolo appena fuori dalla porta. Il condominio include WiFi, cavo, lavatrice / asciugatrice e telefono. Beautiful balcony and ocean view! Perfect location with easy accessibility to shops, beach, and restaurants within walking distance. Spacious and clean living area/bedrooms.

I only have one negative thing to say about our trip! That’s that we had to leave. Great condo , great location everything we needed. Comfortable beds which is a major thing! We would happily book again tomorrow

My only complaint is kind of a big one for us… Hot tub is listed under amenities but there is actually not one on the premises. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed the stay!

2nd time staying at this condo in 4 yrs. Appreciated all the updates, comfortable new mattresses and furniture, and keyless entry this trip. Good air conditioning. Love the patio bar and great music below. Ocean views are perfect from large enjoyable balcony. Love walking beach early morning and later evening when tide out. Hope to return soon! Thanks!!

The Brunswick is the place to be. Great location, live bands, direct beachfront access, great restaurant and the condo was clean and updated. We would definitely rent again!

Weekend getaway for my nieces and myself. We loved the location and being able to see and hear the ocean 24/7. Unit was exactly as advertised…no surprises.

A wonderful place to stay on the water. The music from the restaurant is loud, if you like music it's great.
Went on vacation in November so not much was open in the area and not a lot of noise from other people at the condo.

Condo was perfect. Ocean view spectacular. There were 4 of us and it was convenient to food and drink! Bar downstairs was perfect for us. Friday night band outstanding. And Saturday we didn’t stay in bar but noise from bar wasn’t too bad. Unless you’re a really light sleeper you’ll be fine! Defjnerly stay here again whenever we return!

My 2 sisters and I brought our mom for a short stay at OOB. The location is prime!! We love it there. It’s our second stay! Easy check in, everything went smooth.

Loved looking out on the beach/ocean every morning. Located near everything. Probably not the best if you have little kids, band every night until at least 11pm.

We had 4 people using this condo to celebrate a college graduation. It was the perfect size for 4 people. Family of 4 was super comfortable with room to spread out. Beds were comfy enough. Parking was challenging at times due to chain across to keep others out. It was broken several times and at other times, when only one of us was going out it was inconvenient, but not a huge deal. We enjoyed the bands playing downstairs for the most part but it was quite loud. I would imagine this being an issue with smaller kids.
