This home was perfect for our stay. Beautiful home with many updates and very clean. Had all the amenities we could have asked for with a spacious backyard and quiet neighborhood. Loved the roomy family room, kitchen and dining room. Great central location in Oceanside. We plan to stay here again!

My extended family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely. Needs some cosmetic updates. The only issue that would make me not stay again in the summer is that there are no fans on the main floor and even with the whole house fan, it is uncomfortably warm in the middle of the day. Also, it is VERY difficult to haul all 6 of the garbage cans out down the sloped driveway to the steep road so I would encourage guests to be very careful.
The property and accommodations are otherwise great for a large group!

Perfect for family
This house was great for an multi generation family vacation. The listing was spot on, and the house was exactly as we expected. The property is super clean and offers a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather. The kitchen was well stocked with mixing bowls, measuring cups, pots, pans, and plenty of plates. We would return if the situation presents its self.

Overall experience good.
The property was well represented in the add. There was plenty of space for our multi generational get together. The back yard, fireplace, and two living areas were perfect. We invited extended family over for a cookout and smores. The weekend was enjoyed by all.
A few problems we ran into were
*ran out of propane gas for the grill. Luckily we were just finishing up with our cooking when the gas ran out.
*3 out of the 6 beds were horribly uncomfortable. Two beds had memory foam mattresses that were hard. One mattress sunk in the middle.
*the refrigerator leaked water. We had a towel on the floor in front of the refrigerator all weekend.

Great house
The house is was great for us. It was big for both families and we all had enough space. What was needed was more cooking stuff. No measuring cups or spoons. There was no mixing bowls so we had to buy one. There was one step that was a bit loose. Other than that it was a great house. Maybe just needs to little upkeep and more kitchen stuff so we can actually cook stuff.

Great vacation rental
This was a nearly perfect place for me and my 5 friends to have a fun weekend together. Big, spacious, clean and convenient, near to restaurants and the freeway, and the TV room was the central party area for the duration. The only complaint we had was the lack of air conditioning, which would have been helpful in this humidity, but the fans throughout the rooms helped a lot.

Great to have the space, but not sure the cost was justified
Overall, we were glad to have 5 bedrooms and a large backyard, but the house is not in the great condition it appears online and I'm not sure the cost is justified. Many nice upgrades have been done in the home and it has a great layout, but several things left me questioning the premium price we paid: broken toilet seat, ceiling fans that didn't work, hardwood floor that was improperly installed and creaked like a 100yr old farm house, hardwood floor loose/coming off on several stair steps, fencing in the backyard was literally falling down/apart in several areas, damaged patio furniture that should probably be thrown away, old/stained rug and chairs in kitchen/living room that should also be replaced. Oh and mouse droppings on top of the refrigerator in the kitchen.

Perfect house for 9
The check-in was easy and the spacious well appointed house was lovely. The open kitchen made it easy to socialize and cook with several chefs in the kitchen. The dining table was perfect for a great dinner and conversation.

Clean, open, feels like home.
Beautiful open concept home. It was very clean and had everything you would need for day to day living. It was perfect for a large group (we had 9 adults), with the open concept it allowed us to all sit and converse comfortably. Also having 3 showers allowed for very quick "get ready time" as we were in town for a wedding and didn't need to start a shower routine early in the morning which was very nice.

Beautiful home
The home was beautiful and just like the pictures. One suggestion is for the owner to get a better cooling system for the home, the first couple days were unbearably humid and hot. The spiders and spider webs in the lawn chairs and grill made it hard to enjoy the back yard. overall the house was as advertised.

Family Getaway
The overall experience of our family getaway was great! We loved the area and will be going back! There are a couple of things we would recommend the property owners do. The back door needs more attention as it was hard to open & keep close. There needs to be more fans downstairs, the humidity was high and causes us to go buy 3 fans to help. Outside trash cans need to be empty, we came in on Friday & trash should have been empty on Thursday, however the trash can was half full and we could not put all our trash in the bins. We spent a lot of time out in the backyard and wished there were more lights to move around better. The coffee tables are very unsteady and need to be fixed or changed. One of the upstairs window is unable to close. only 1 side of the toaster worked. The range needs to be tighten down as it was moving around as we were cooking.
Even with all of these little issues the house was beautiful and we all had an amazing time. The house is big and beautiful!

Beautiful Home
This home is a perfect spot for anyone that is particular about their surroundings. The home is very clean with evidence of great care devoted to its upkeep. Pristine bathrooms, lots of seating, options for firmness of bed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with a few exceptions: no colander; casserole/cookie sheets are limited - we purchased disposable; very few spices so plan to provide your own. Word of caution: watch your head on the stove hood. Two tower oscillating fans were provided. Great cross-breeze when windows are opened. Backyard is beautiful, secluded and relaxing. Grocery stores are minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for family gathering.
The home looks just like the pictures...plenty of space to socialize, hang out and cook together. Pretty well stocked in necessities, everyone had their own space when they needed it (7 adults, 2 children). The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels, etc. We used the backyard a lot, very private. The neighborhood felt very safe.
The beach was about 10-15 minutes away, depending on traffic. We found some great restaurants in Oceanside.
We would definitely return!

Great family vacation home. Every thing was as described.
The whole family enjoyed their stay. AC would have been nice. The weather was nice so we just opened all the windows and doors. The cross breezes made it very comfortable. Huge backyard. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommend it.

Nice clean house recently upgraded comfortable furniture
The weekend of our ten family member visit was extremely warm The house was closed up with no fans running and 98 degrees inside when we arrived at Five pm. The cleaners had been there and left towels in dryer that were still damp so could have turned on fans We had plenty of room but upstairs wasn’t liveable entire weekend because of heat and no air conditioning Yard was nice and neighborhood quiet

This home was exactly as the photos reflected prior to our arrival! Plenty of space and the backyard was amazing. Furnishings were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Look for the hidden drawers in the kitchen... haha. Would highly recommend this home!!

We had a great time spending time with my family while attending my daughter’s wedding.
The house is beautiful, newly remodeled! We really liked the large living area with plenty of seating for all 10 of us to sit together. The yard is large. We were able to set up a badminton set and spikeball and still have lots of extra room.
The only reasoned that I gave 4 stars is because some of the beds were too hard (toppers would help).
