What a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Excellent air conditioning. A fantastic view. Very spacious, it was like renting a house. And Tony the host was fantastic. We were originally only booked in for three nights but extended to five it was so good. The best accommodation we have found on the garden route.

Absolutely nothing

Good location very near Knysna center, spacious and secure. When messaged on booking.com they were very helpful.

We arrived after traveling all day with no ability to make a phone call due to being from overseas, after trying to WhatsApp the staff member who was to meet us with no success as they didn’t have WhatsApp, we were greeted by a grumpy individual who looks after the property which was wasn’t a great first impression of a place we were staying in for 2 nights. He then proceeded to show us two burnt out barbecues in the entrance yard and a small barbecue he stated we could use. The property had a noticeable smell of off water.

There's no breakfast provided it's a self-catering place, quite neat and the kitchen had everything to use beautiful view from the top bacon and aircon works well

network is a problem if they can sort out Wi-Fi that will be a big bonus besides that all is well, and don't sleep with your door open Monkeys will eat all your food.

The location was easy to find, the staff were friendly, the facilities had everything we needed, and we had access to a stunning view of Knysna.

Spotless, spacious and exceptionally beautifully finished, flawlessly kitted with excellent facilities. Very friendly, welcoming and accomodating, cant reccomend enough. Was an absolute joy to wake up there overlooking the lagoon

We just didn't like the lady opposite the fence, who shouted and swore at us for laughing just a little bit too loud and singing just one song, coz we knew there were neighbors. She made us feel like we were kids. We didn't appreciate how she spoke to us. We wouldn't have mind if she asked us nicely to keep quiet. It's not right to just start screaming and swearing at strangers, especially people who are trying to enjoy their holiday and who are experiencing the city for this first time. She will make you lose business.

There was tea, coffee and milk etc. I thought the could have had some rusks, it's quite standard now days. In an upmarket place such as this, I would expect olive oil and some basic condiments. Its a standard practice elsewhere and I have no issue if they add it into the price. It is neat, well positioned, has a hi class feel about it. Safe and very secure. Tony the host a good talker and I could have had a few bottles of wine with him.

Lack of condiments in such an upmarket place. I don't mind paying extra. Too many steps. Let the public know about steps down and steps up to the rooms inside.
