Luxury Home with Private Outdoor Area Minutes away from DT Rapid City
Casa storica completamente rinnovata con tutte le caratteristiche e gli apparecchi moderni e all'avanguardia. Questo bagno con 3 camere da letto e 1/2 ha oltre 2000 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale e si trova nel cuore del centro. Meno di 5 minuti a piedi da ristoranti, negozi, caffetterie e la pista ciclabile Rapid City. Comodo accesso alla Interstate 90, al sistema di transito Rapid City e vicino all'ospedale. Il livello principale include tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una macchina per il caffè integrata (il miglior caffè in città)! La disposizione aperta offre una cucina all'avanguardia aperta sul soggiorno, sulla sala da pranzo e sull'atrio con un comodo mezzo bagno. Il piano superiore dispone di 3 splendide camere da letto con 2 splendidi bagni e lavanderia nella hall. La camera da letto principale offre un letto king-size con un bagno privato con doccia personalizzata, doppio lavabo e cabina armadio. Camera da letto 2 e 3 offrono letti queen size con un bagno per gli ospiti da condividere. Questa dimora storica è stata demolita e non sono state risparmiate spese. Central Air, nuova fornace, nuovo scaldabagno, nuova pavimentazione e nuove finestre. Non rimarrete delusi! Questo posto è spettacolare !!!

The house was very clean and beautiful. I love the old house new remodel! The furnishing were very nice and the kitchen was well supplied. There is a lot of street noise for the bedrooms on that side of the house and we had some trouble with people parking where we were supposed to. All and all a very nice home and great location to memorial park.

We were very happy with our stay. The property was in great condition and was just like the online photos. We were in town for a family wedding and some sightseeing and the location was very convenient to the church (a happy coincidence) and to restaurants, as well as the nearby tourist sites. We had a great time sitting outside in the sun one afternoon on the comfortable outdoor sofa.
My sister will be returning to Rapid City to visit her daughter (the bride) and has already said this is where she wants to stay on those visits because the house was so nice.

We rented this house as a place to relax after a full week of biking on the Mickelson Trail and hiking in the Black Hills. We wanted to kick back in a comfortable place close to the amenities Rapid City has to offer. It exceeded our expectations on every count. Clean, spacious, very beautifully decorated, great outdoor living room and great proximity to restaurants and shops. The owners are responsive and fun to meet. We absolutely loved this place !

This home was fabulously clean, decorated, and stocked!! We would definitely stay here again… my only complaint is we may have to purchase one of those coffee makers for home now … lol

Well maintained & beautifully decorated home.
This was one of the nicest vacation rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. The home was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the owner provided ample paper products. The location was a great home base for our SD sightseeing. The only drawback is that it is on a busy road and the traffic can be a bit noisy. But we loved that we could walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. We loved the modern kitchen with the huge island and built-in coffee maker. The patio was also fantastic for relaxing with a book under the beautiful shade tree surrounded by a privacy fence.

Comfy & Convenient
There were 6 of us ranging in age from 16 to 82 and we had a great time, plenty of room to spread out. Only downside is if you are a light sleeper, it is on a major roadway and near train tracks. We easily traveled the Black Hills area, Deadwood, Custer, Rushmore, Hill City, Keystone and Badlands areas from this location.

Great house that was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, newly remodeled and located right next to downtown so we could walk to the restaurants and the Monument, where we attended a concert. Would recommend.

Lovely Stay!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the “purple house” in the heart of Rapid City! The property has been fully remodeled and was true to the pictures. We really liked having the washer/dryer on the second story next to the bedrooms. The built-in coffee maker was also a huge plus! The property owner/manager was super nice and accommodating as well! This was definitely one of the best VRBOs I’ve encountered so far and will stay again on our next trip to the area!
