The location is great, close to the beach and all main facilities. It is possible to rent a bicycle and observe the other beaches which was awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast as well. The building is very modern and new. Definitely would come back!

Evening entertainment - starts 21:30 hrs until around 23:00 hrs. Underground hotel car park accessible by lift from room floor. General staff attention - when required. Generally good quality of food. Wood or tile flooring throughout. Large flatscreen room tv. 45 minute poolside bed 'towel reservation' enforced.

No in room hotel information except QR Code by the door. Not everyone has a smartphone, QR Reader or knows how to use such equipment. No price information for 'extras' : poolside towels, deposit refundable. High hotel car park cost per 24 hours. Charge for Balinese bed for limited hours seemed expensive. Spa usage chargeable ( no information until you turn up ) or limited time if included with a treatment. Room tea & coffee supply not topped up. Bar staff rude on one occasion re cocktail order. Apparently there is an 'all inclusive' package (and wrist band) so some drinks were available at a cheaper price (?). Again, no information or notice at the lounge bar. So this comment is guesswork. Pool temperatures too low. Next day's entertainment including day time activities, only on screen between reception and lift (which is out of sight, no sign) too quick screen changes involves blocking other guests from getting past if several people attempting to read the screen.

Breakfast was absolutely great, as was the dinner. Right near the beach too. Staff were lovely, especially Jordi and Andrea, and the rooms were a decent size. Fun activities too.

Wasn’t aware at booking that the whole resort was non-smoking. It was fine but just something to be aware of before you book if you’re a smoker/vaper.

Modern, clean hotel. Rooms look great and are super comfortable (cleaning every day). Amazing food choice. Great location, close to the beach.

No soundproofing. Our bedding was stained a bit. Free juice, tea and coffee were available only during breakfast.

Not the best for a a young couple. This hôtel is for “all inclusive” people who likes to stay at the pool and do nothing on the day. We were surprised for a 4 stars + we expect lot more quality and comfort.

We went to the spa it was an extra service and I ask some towels to the lady, she said to me that I have to pay 20 euros of deposit and accept only cash. I was very surprise it is so weird to ask a deposit for towels. This is an example to give you the mentality of this hotel

Everything !!!! Location, room, staff, food everything was amazing. And the hotel staff helped my (now) fiancé to plan and execute an amazing proposal ! Forever grateful ❤️

Hotel, was fab, modern, spotlessly clean ,staff very pleasant , breakfast was delicious , great selction , pool facilities great, room was very well air-conditioned and again spotless, facilitated a late check for a small fee which was worth it , made us feel like we had an extra day there. Would definately come back .

The staff were excellent and attentive and overall, it was a good stay. I loved the bathrooms and especially the walk-in showers.

Just thought in terms of value for money, it didn’t match my expectations. The pool upstairs was a bit small and not deep while the gym was very basic.

The hotel was very well presented from the moment of arrival, we felt like special guests and were greeted with champagne on arrival, it was a very nice touch. Everything in the property was clean, well presented and the staff were a delight. The rooms had everything we needed, having fresh water and ice available at all times was great and the buffet breakfast was perfect.

The location was not great for a young couple like ourselves, the beach is very close and there is also a supermarket nearby, however there was not many restaurants or nightlife places to choose from in the area. The walk into Salou only took about 25-30 minutes and it was nice but not ideal if you want to go out for dinner/drinks every night. Also, the rooms did not have soundproof walls, this can be quite disturbing at times.

Very small garden and pool area. Buffet : almost every day the same. 10€ deposit for beach towel (If you no longer have the paper proof, you will not get the 10€ back.) 1€ is charged to have a clean one. When you book the wellness, you even do not get a towel. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom. Gives no privacy at all

Amazing location, right on the beach with restaurants, bars & shops within 5 minutes walk. Spa facilities at the hotel absolutely wonderful at 12 EUR for an hours use of the facilities, we had the entire area to ourselves & it was fabulous.

Dinner service is 19:00 til 21:30 which we found started quite late. Ok for us personally but I do think 19:00 start for dinner is late, 18:00 or even 18:30 would be better for those that like an earlier dinner. Also - no ice buckets for machine (located on 2nd floor) meaning you have to travel multiple times with your glass.

Nice bathroom and shower.Comfy bed, cava on arrival, clean. Friendly staff.Water dispensers. Fruit juices at breakfast were nice. Wine tasting was good. Additional toiletries were available on request.Bike hire was available at the hotel and not too expensive.

We arrived at 10.30am - we knew we might not be able to check in till 2pm but it was actually 3pm that we got access to the room. Drinks were quite expensive if you weren't all inclusive.

extremely bad attitude to guest. no respect at all. no water in a room. reception don’t reply on telephone call, or reply and pretend they don’t speak English. the worst experience in my life.

The staff at reception, in the dining room and the bar were friendly and gave helpful suggestions on where to walk in the location area. They were very approachable, many could communicate in English paid attention to my interest in exploring coastal Salou.

It’s been fresh, just 3 days opened, nice rooms, but small bed..) close to the beach and everything else. Very good buffet!
