Algunas instalaciones un poco anticuadas y el entretenimiento de los niños escaso por parte del hotel. Animadores y animadoras de 10.

A cette période on peut se garer dans la rue. C’est gratuit jusqu’àu premier juin. L’hôtel n’ayant pas de parking, je pense que l’été ça doit être compliqué pour se garer. C’est vraiment pour écrire quelque chose car j’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel.

Excellent location, nice view (although didn't book a sea view, we had very nice partial sea view), practically on the beach, and the beach was very nice, large and clean, very nice and varied food, well-equipped room, all relatively new, all rooms have balconies, not too noisy, but there was entertainment every night, great convenience store across the road had practically everything you may need on holiday. Overall, we had a great time here with our 3-year-old.

Bar closes soon after midnight, can't even get water till morning (tap water is not recommended for drinking). Room cleaning was so-so, floors were still relatively dirty, especially under and between beds, didn't change sheets although they were clearly full of sand from our toddler. No children's area/playground, only two very small children's pools. Pool area/terrace is too small for the number of guests. No chairs in the room, and balcony plastic chairs were quite dusty to take inside, no facility to dry wet things from the beach, no actual coffee in the room (only decaf). No lock on bathroom door. No room service, which is a bit surprising for a 4-star hotel, but maybe that's normal there. Generally, though, these were small things which didn't spoil the holiday for us.

The recreation team was very nice and friendly, as well as the service in the bar. Location perfect in front of the beach.

poor cleaning in common areas, the food at the buffet was not very appetizing, in the Bar it was much better. for a 4 stars hotels the service is not value, you need to pay extra to get clean towels for the beach and for the safe as well.

I like all activities and the shows at the bar at night. There r games for children,adults and teenagers. There is sauna and everything's r good

It is a pitty that there is not a real hotel bar, just one terrace with bar service in front of the sideway.

Breakfast was superb. Plenty of variety. There was 8 of us and everyone thought it was great.

You can see the port of Tarragona and tankers going in and out on the other side of the bay. That didnt bother us and if dont mind the view, the beach has miles of uncrowded (at May half term) golden sand with shallow water to play in

We had a great stay. The rooms were lovely, very clean and shower was great. The staff were very nice and always helpful. location so close to the beach was fantastic too. It was excellent value for money. Would recommend for families or those looking for a quieter holiday.

Nice room and view

Thin blanket. Pillow was a rock. Breakfast was worth skipping. No real vegetarian options except bread or a banana. Long elevator waits. Water pressure drops significantly during the morning and evening.

There was something to choose from the restaurant each day. A little repetitive. Location was fantastic. The only thing that spoilt it was there was a delivery of sand. It wasnt a problem. It was the noise from the tractor as they worked thought out the night. Staff fantastic always pleasant even when very busy. Rooms could do with a update. However comfortable & clean. Definitely would return.

The staff is really nice and helpful. Located just next to the beach and has a pool of its own.

Fabulous food and great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facility.

Only thing of note was the adult entertainment didn't start until 10.00pm which had a knock on effect of doors banging late into the evening.

Some areas already require some renovation. Food wasn’t very impressive, missed more selection. Restaurant too crowded and very noisy.

Super easy access to the beach, nice restaurant with a variety of high quality food for breakfast and dinner, swimming pool was clean, location of the hotel is excellent

Room could be a bit bigger for two persons

location next to the beach, the staff, hotel staff entertainment team tried hard keeping guests entertained, however we preferred to go for evening walks

our room 329 was located above the rear delivery entrance and where bins were stored so we were disturbed constantly by bottle bins and deliveries
