La ausencia de limpieza en la habitación como en los espacios comunes. Mucha suciedad. El spa estaba lleno de niños con colchonetas hínchanles y pañales…

Le nettoyage pourrais être mieux fait des taches grasses sur les murs, des bonbons séché derrière les tables de nuit, le buffet était minable froid et pas cuit, la plage était sale pas propre du tout que sa soit l’eau ou le sable des sacs poubelle des déchets partout. Le personnel n’était pas très aimable en tout cas avec les étrangers! Je n’irai plus!

Het eten was soms niet zo goed en het vlees niet altijd doorbakken. Er was een ruime keuze aangegeven, maar het kon nog beter. Er lag soms al rot of bruin fruit bij het eten wat minder aantrekkelijk was natuurlijk.

Het eten kon nog wat uitgebreider zijn. De roomservice was vaak heel opdringerig, maakten ons wakker zelf al hing er aan de deur om niet te storen. De vele kinderen in het resort was ook lastig. Niet veel werknemers konden Engels, ze spraken vooral Spaans wat soms moeilijk was om te communiceren.

I love the location

I hate the fact that majority of the staffs haven’t a fluent English, considering the fact that international bodies will be coming. I was almost frustrated because I find it hard to communicate with anyone.

We left a day early, that's how disappointed we are. Food was rubbish and repetitive and sometimes cold. The food area wasn't very hygienic. Staff members are not friendly, and it is very hard to find someone who speaks English. (Their look is like someone is forcing them to work there) I'm very disappointed that they haven't put at least a jug water on the table at dinner time. The swimming pool area was very dirty. I found a lot of hair in the swimming pool. Toilets near the pool are very dirty and there was no soap dispenser. Pool edges were chipped and not safe as you could easily cut yourself. Flooring around the pool was broken, and because it was slippery, it was very dangerous, too. The swimming pool is quite small for the hotel capacity. The room was not properly cleaned. One day, I left a pillow on the floor on the other side of the bed on purpose to see if they actually cleaned and found it where I left it. Value for money, NOT AT ALL.

The slides and the food in the buffet restaurant were good. Having a little beach on site was good.

The hotel was very poor. A lot of work needs to be done. The tile facade on the front of the hotel came crumbling down while we were at the slide area, it was very lucky no one was standing underneath it. The door handles fell off our bathroom door, blackened bottom of doors probably due to water ingress. Staff were not informative about anything in the hotel, not friendly at all, not one single bit of information given about the hotel or area. No air conditioning in the lobby. Although the food was good the plates felt dirty and not cleaned properly. We switched one of our nights to the 'fancy' restaurant and were very disappointed here also. All the meat was being prepared there and then which looked great but the chef was using the same thongs to pick up raw meat and cooked meat, absolutely turned our stomachs, i wouldnt be surprised if someone got food poisoned. Also not enough umbrellas at the pool areas.

Breakfast was brilliant great variety something for everyone. The splash pool for children was excellent my little girl enjoyed it so much.

We were a little disappointed with the view we got from our room as we were told on booking.com that a view was included and we got the view of a building full of other apartments so no view at all.

The kids pool area at the front of the hotel was super.

The rooms are small, beds are extremely uncomfortable and the cleanliness wasn't good.

Interesting crowd..

The beach was really nice, and very friendly for children. We did some snorkeling, and saw a lot of fish. The breakfast was good, and well organized in spite of the huge amount of guests this hotel accomodates.

At evenings there was a quite intense smell of garbage coming from the outside. The pool was too crowded most of the time and the aquapark for children was quite worn down. Our booking said the hotel offered parking, but when we arrived no parking spots were available.

It was good, there was variety and choice.

Cleanliness could have been much better.My room the floor wasn't clean when we got there and it wasn't cleaned all week.

The location was lovely has its own beach just off the hotel poolside, the area was quiet and quaint with restaurants outside the hotel. The Mexican and route 66 are both must go to’s!

The room was not clean when we arrived we wiped dirt from the toilet, the room was not the ones advertised in the pictures they were very outdated, Food the majority of the time was fine but nothing too exciting other than the seafood night. The breakfast is terrible. All in all an okay hotel however for the price of all inclusive there it is not worth it. Staff stopped me wearing a vest top to breakfast one morning but I’d seen other residents wearing bikinis to breakfast and dinner which isn’t a huge thing but not great. After looking at other reviews it seems these are a trend.
