Modernised little townhouse with a very small kitchenette, beautiful bathroom with spa, 2 bedrooms and a living room - and a huge washing machine. 7-11 on next block. Buses in next block. Walk to train. We enjoyed Christmas Day in this house.

The location, though close to Kyoto Station, is on the wrong side of the station for the main tourist spots. We ended up taking Ubers a lot - which was very affordable and relatively quick.

12-15 min. walk from Kyoto Station

Check-in procedure was easy, the instructions were available in both English and Japanese. The bath was large and very relaxing. Although not very centrally located, there was plenty of bus service to various parts of Kyoto, including Kyoto Station. There were convenience stores nearby for a quick meal. It was very quiet in the neighborhood and the beds were comfy.

Although the property owners did offer us a place to store our luggage, it was a bit far from the station, so we opted to store our luggage at a mall instead. There weren't many restaurants in the walking distance.

Right near the shopping center and train station making it easily accessible to where you want to go. The townhouse was so clean and the layout was lovely also. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nothing, I loved everything.

Property had all the amenities usually needed by guests

Stairs of the house was not suitable for children and senior citizens.
