Decent size room, conferrable bed, excellent location.

My room had a really strong odor which i couldn't make it better.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para estandares europeos, pero todo esta en perfecto orden. La cama comoda y de buen tamaño.

El tamaño de la habitación es muy reducido.

就寝時の照明が明るすぎて落ち着いて寝る事が出来ない。フットライト的な物があると良いと思いました

駅近なので、どこに行くにも便利だった。

初日の風呂場に髪の毛がついていた。窓のサッシが埃だらけだった。２日目のタオルなどの交換の袋の中に、バスマットや浴衣の帯、ゴミ袋など入っていなかった。清掃のスタッフさん、廊下にゴミやら色々広げて整理していたので、通りにくかった。

Convenient location close to Central station. Room remarkably quiet. Good and reliable APA standard. Would book again.

We felt that our bathroom was a little small.

大浴場があるのはよかったが、脱衣場が狭くて、誰かいると狭くて使いづらかったのが残念だった。

張大床好舒服，玩完一日可以好好休息。 地點方便，附近有百貨公司、食肆，交通方便。

冷氣機風口沒有得調節，比較大風即使調到較細風。 人工溫泉場地較細。 京都站附近好多間APA hotel, 我到步都搵錯咗兩間，走錯方向；要折返再搵，花咗好多時間，而且推住個喼，很辛苦😓很累。

This place was way better than what I was expecting! Sweet surprise. * Location is GREAT! 3 min walk from the station. * As a solo traveler I had the king room for myself, so it was just the right amount of space for me and my luggage. * Comfortable bed.

* The food at the restaurant in this property isn’t good. * Long lines at check in. They won’t start checking people in before 3pm. If the rooms are ready why don’t start the process earlier as the rooms become available? They wait until exactly 3pm. * I am tiny so the bathroom and shower area worked for me, but specially the shower area is very tiny. A bigger person might don’t fit.

The room was way too hot. It was hard to sleep. 🥵

Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof, alles war sauber und das Onsenbad war sehr entspannend.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das TV Angebot hat leider nicht funktioniert.

It was too small even for one person!!!!!

One of the few APA chain hotels that had twin rooms with separate beds. Perfect if you travel with group and by train. Breakfast includes a big variety of both national and continental dishes, as well as home-made ice cream. A great opportunity to relax in the hot SPA baths at the hotel in the evening if you have spent the whole day on your feet. Very responsive and nice English speaking staff!

We had a small missunderstanding with breakfast, but everything was solved very fast.

APA hotels are great. None of them have failed me in what they offer.

I left my smartphone (the only one able to make in-country calls) in a taxi. I asked the staff for help and they refused to even call the taxi company for me. They also did not advice me on what I could do. The people in Kyonavi helped me beautifully, unlike the guy at the counter that day. He did not even apologize, he just flat out said "no, I will not do that." Worst customer service I've ever seen in Japan.

Super convenient and diagonally opposite of Kyoto Station. Room is clean, checking in and out are easy.

Public bath is small considering the number of people checking in the hotel daily. We requested to have basic housekeeping, to our horror, the windows are not closed but covered with the curtains which we did not notice. My daughter only realised it is not closed when she got on the bed which is immediately right beside the windows and of the same height, we cannot imagine what kind of tragedy will happen if anyone or small kids roll over or lean near the windows while lying on the bed. The person will basically roll out of the window! And we do not understand why the housekeeper needs to open the window while cleaning the room.

La televisión era casi más grande que la habitación !!! Buenísima situación al lado de la estación JR Kyoto. También pasan por el lado la mayoría de autobuses que te llevan a las principales areas turísticas. Tiene un buen supermercado en el sótano del Yodobashi, que está al lado. Por lo que es la habitación, muy pequeña pero bien aprovechada. Te dejan toda clase de efectos personales ( gillete, palillos orejas, peine, gorro ducha... ).

Como todo Japón, las habitaciones son pequeñas. Para andar, tenias que dejar la maleta debajo de la cama. Solo te dejan una botella de agua el primer día.

駅から近い。ホテルが新しいので、たいへんきれいでした。スタッフの対応もよかったです。

枕がかなり硬いので、客の好みに合わせて選べるようになればもっといいのにと思います。エアコンは集中管理なのですが、けっこう暑いので、ある程度客が管理できるといいなと思います。

Breakfast was great and location is very close to the station as well.

For some reason there wasn't room service during our stay entirely. Instead, there was a bag on the door handle containing the daily supplies such as towels and toiletries. But clearly no one came in to clean the room.

Camera e bagno puliti con tutto il necessario. Assolutamente da provare l’onsen.

Non c’è la colazione inclusa e lo staff non parla bene inglese, come in tutto il Giappone.

Very close to JR Kyoto station and the King Bed room is actually fairly large for Japanese standards. The ability to store luggage before the check-in time was also incredibly helpful since we arrived in Kyoto in the morning.

Nothing to complain about our stay.
