Amazing with helpful staff, great location,great value, nice cozy design.

WiFi was not stable, smart TV was unable to connect for most of the time.

Hotel was new, clean and tidy in a nice lively location. Comfy beds, good showers, no issues with wifi, helpful staff.

We booked an executive suite but really, we received a fairly standard sized room with a couch added to it. Adding a couch to a fairly basic room doesn't make it a suite. Also, the aircon could not be adjusted and blew (loudly) directly onto the bed at night. The lights were minimal and quite dim and there was a serious lack of power sockets (eg - the room came with a kettle, but the sink where the kettle was had nothing in the way of power outlets - you had to take the kettle to the bed and plug it into the bedside table if you wanted to boil water. Not a huge issue, just a little confusing).

The room was absolutely beautiful. I regularly create content for my socials and the room was always well lit and offered beautiful views of the city. I could stay weeks here and work from home in this flat! Also I could cast Movies and music from my device to the TV which was very convenient for the days where it stormed to no end!

The hotel was certainly very nice at one time in the past, but unfortunately it has gotten to a bad condition and is slowly falling into disrepair. On here the hotel seemed very inviting, unfortunately everything is falling into disrepair and the pool could not be used.

This hotel is kept exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed was the perfect level of firm. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they were helpful with almost anything I needed.

Perhaps soundproofing, i kept hearing a door knocking in the room below in the early hours.

The staffs were absolutely amazing! And I was offered one of their best rooms! Which was beautiful 🤩 such a comfortable and soft bed! And the whole place has such calming vibes, very zen.

For this price range, the best hotel I've stayed in Thailand. Clean, tasteful design and friendly staff.

Its not that convenient. I had to take taxi to most places, and the train stations aren't anywhere within walking distance.

the ac is straight to the bed which you can’t adjust. you wake up frozen even with a low speed fan. other than that its algood

Clean, modern, comfy bed, great location. Nice shower and very hot water.

They only give you one roll of cheap toilet paper at a time. The room has coffee cups and hot water kettle but no coffee or tea. No mention about coffee/tea, breakfast, or that the pool was closed so communication from staff could be better.
