This was a great spot for a family vacation. Everything was as described, and we had a wonderful time.

We could not be happier with our stay. The house is right in the middle of everything in PCB but you would think you were on a secluded beach somewhere. We couldn’t have been happier with the house, 5 bedrooms with no stairs and the easiest access to the beach we’ve had in this area. We will definitely stay here again a+++

Overall the stay was great. For the money spent, we thought some things should have been a bit better. Small things on the house we had to notify property manager of to ensure they knew it wasn't from us. Gas grill provided was not in a condition to cook on/work properly so we ended up buying a cheap charcoal grill to use. Hot water took forever depending on the room in the house (kitchen and 1 bathroom). The bathroom with walk-in shower had major cracking in surround, which will eventually result in a major mold problem I'm sure.
Latch plate for back door lock was falling apart (loose screw that fell out the first time opened the door) to where we had to hold in place to close the door. Back deck was a very nice space but did need an upgrade more for safety especially with little ones (unlevel boards, loose boards). Dishwasher top rack was broken, had to very carefully load dishes. Other than this, we had an amazing vacation with family which was the most important part!

We did not believe that it would be so peaceful on the beach that close to the action. The outdoor deck was huge. We brought a pop up beach tent and it made outside living much cooler. There was plenty of room inside for 7 adults and 5 kids.

Plenty of room. Walk to restaurants and pier park. Kitchen is well stocked. Some minor things need attention, the back door sticks, and one dishwasher rack needs repair but overall the place is really nice.

This property is in an amazing location, easy walking distance to the pier and restaurants and the beach literally out the back door. There is plenty of parking in the front for 3-4 cars and ample trash cans and service. The wall of windows on the west side made every evening a perfect observation point for the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking easy. They left plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tablets, etc and there were even cooking spices available for use. Bedrooms are well fixed and beds are comfortable. There was plenty of towels but could have used blankets on the bed since we were there in December. There are tv’s in every room and access to a washer and dryer. Luxurious is a bit of an over statement as the property decor is dated and showing some wear. The entire house is in need of a good deep cleaning from top to bottom. We found thick layers of dust on lamps and shades as well as under the beds and on the walls, doors and around the edges of the floors. Floors were in dire need of a good mopping. Dishwasher top rack has rusted through and needs replacing. Gas grill was filthy and needed cleaning. I would still recommend the property because of the location which was amazing!

Great location and it was so beautiful on cold December days. We really enjoyed the stay and would visit again. There was 10 of us adults and we still had plenty of room.

We had an amazing week at this property. The house was perfect and met all of our needs. Having easy beach access with three babies was amazing! Honestly one of the best houses we’ve rented in a long time!

We had a good stay at this rental. There were a few hiccups, but they were taken care of pretty quick. Todd and Kim were very good in replying back when you sent them a message. Overall we had a great stay. Water was beautiful.

The location couldn't get any better for our group of young adults and old fogies. I was an easy walk to the pier and Pier Park with the beach at the bottom of the back deck. The house has a great vibe with plenty of space for our group of eight. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

The house was older but clean and super easy to navigate. The ability to just walk out the door to the most beautiful beaches is what really makes this house desirable. The beaches have very few people on them because of the location. It was a perfect family getaway.

This was an amazing location and a very family friendly area. Walking distance to great eating and shopping which was nice traveling with a large group and one vehicle. The house served its purpose but could use some updating and could be freshened up. The pictures are not recently taken. Again it was a great stay but was not what we thought it was going to be when booking it off the website.

Week Vacation
We enjoyed our weeks vacation at the property. It was very nice being walking distance to pier park and Dusty’s. Also very nice being right on the beach without stairs to bring everything down. Beach stayed busy but not too busy or packed where we stayed. I do have to say, the Netflix did not work on the tv. The Disney plus did. Also, we ran out of toilet paper the 2nd day. Other than that, house was well stocked. Even had shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Had plenty of space for all our food for the week. Plenty of towels we kept washed for the week. We were even able to check in early. Loved it here!

Absolutely Amazing 🤩
Enough room for our large group. Super beachy, nice and clean. The deck was huge so many places to sit and enjoy our back yard beach 🏖. They have extra beach chairs umbrellas and toys for you to use. I would definitely recommend. We briefly met the owners a few months before our June stay and they are absolutely wonderful!

Great location
The house was huge and spacious and very well equipped. The location was perfect and we had the beach all to ourselves due to the fact that there were no high rise condos right next to us and it’s mostly commercial near the house. Also a short distance to Pier Park. The Property manager, Todd, was great to work with. We would definitely rent this house again.

TLC Review for June 26-July 3, 2021
The house is in need of a some serious TLC, deep cleaning (fan blades, baseboards, bathrooms, shower curtain liners cleaned or replaced, etc. ) and updated/clean appliances. Beds were terrible. Mattress toppers not a solution for poor mattresses. Refrigerator went out (Todd had it replaced on Tuesday 👏🏻👏🏻) the old ice maker didn’t work sufficiently for 16 people. But new ice maker should fix that. House also has a bug problem. Loved the large deck. Todd was very professional and prompt when I contacted him. Hopefully the owner will address the concerns with the house for future renters.

Thunder Beach
Everything Was Great except when we lost power with a damaged transformer and the police would not let us go to the house. So we had to go find some where else to go. Power was out till about 3:30AM. It wasn't fun trying to find some place for the kids to go. We were the only house without power. But this had nothing to do with property, the property was great.

The umbrella to the table on the deck was broken. The door for the entryway closet was off the hinges. These were minor issues, though, and could be easily fixed. The place is somewhere we would still definitely return to!
