The property is in a great spot tourist wise and the beach is nice. The pool was a good size and pretty clean.

The entire hotel is dirty and has roaches. The bathroom in the room is absolutely disgusting, the sheets were clean, there was no trash can in the room so we just had trash piling the whole time we were there. The staff was extremely rude. There weren’t even towels in there to begin with and they would only give us the towels If you grabbed all your dirty ones and brought them down to exchange. They share a parking lot with sharkys and yes it’s a great restaurant and close, but there’s absolutely no parking bc of it. Bc sharkys is full 24/7, if the parking lot is full, they have another parking lot that’s all the way down the road and you’ll be dragging all of your stuff down the street. We rented a golf cart to drive on the strip and the lady who worked there said she was going to tow it lol as if everyone doesn’t drive and park golf carts down there. If the room was clean I wouldn’t have had so much of an issue. But the entire stay was just one thing after another.

Shared parking lot with Sharky’s Restaurant..overflow parking lot shouldn’t be for hotel guests as it’s too far away for loading/unloading a vehicle. There’s no where to “pull up” for checking in without a staff member running out the door yelling at someone to move when it’s not clear where to go for check in/out. There were no towels available in our room. Each time we asked for them it was an inconvenience for the front staff to be bothered and also no washcloths were available at all for the duration of our stay.

After reading the reviews my boyfriend and I were worried about staying here but it ended up being awesome! The balcony overlooking the ocean allowed for us to watch the sunset every night and just relax in peace. The location is awesome! Only about a mile from pier park and several walking distance restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My only complaint would be the beds. Little hard, nothing terrible, definitely bearable. Parking was iffy because the resort shares parking with a popular restaurant but the overflow parking always had available spots and it’s just right across the street. Definitely worth the stay!

The only thing that was wrong was I checked in on the 4th and ended up staying another day and night and we didn't have any Hot water and it took ALL day to get a shower. I kept wanting on maintenance to come check it out finally after 10 pm on my 2 nd day I was able to shower in another room. Which I had no problem with, I didn't want to switch rooms anyways, it just took way to long to get a shower after paying $160 for the room.... Other then that I wished I found this place sooner.

It felt good to see a old friend!

They moved us from our original Hotel that was next to the Hotel Where we had made reservation and during that time required upstairs with no smoking area! Next the bed sheets was dirty the bed close to the Back door and the bed was a full size I believe which should have been a King as the reservation I made before the change due to Maintenance Issues as the text said from one of the Staff before I arrived! When you’re moved from a Hotel room to another Hotel room that Room should have been a better upgrade! The Hotel should not even be on front beach Road along with the other beach Hotels! AND WHEN ASKED COULD THEY CHANGE THE SHEETS THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY CLEAN! AS WE THOUGHT ABOUT MOVING TO ANOTHER ROOM IT WAS DOWNSTAIRS AND WE NEVER ASKED FOR THE GROUND FLOOR WE ASKED FOR UPSTAIRS AND INSPECTED A CLEAN HOTEL ROOM

The pools was hardly ever open my girls loves the pool and they just lost their mother 3 weeks ago so this trip was important to them and that made them sad only way I would give them another try is if the hotel have me two or three nights on them.

The location is great! Balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This time of year is quiet and there isn't a lot of traffic. So we had a great time.

The bathroom needs to be updated. Tub and toilet were in bad shape. Water drained slow from tub. Beds weren't the most comfortable.

Great Location

Very run down. Had to go to a different hotel to get towels that was a sister property because the front desk was closed.

absolutely nothing other than the location to pier park!!

everything! room is old worn out dirty! sink stops up, shower handles broken, bath tub nasty, had turds still in toilet when we checked in, did t look like sheets and cover had been changed, big gap under door, absolutely no parking because it shares a lot with sharkys restaurant! parking is a nightmare at this place! the pool was lot heated and looked as if they never clean it! it had wrappers and trash floating along with hundreds of leaves! very outdated furniture! could not walk on floors without shoes because your feet instantly got sticky and nasty from floors not being cleaned! I’m pretty sure this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I travel several times a year!

when check in didn’t provide request for ground floor,and elevator wasn’t working,bad knee,not good,they said request was there but booking didn’t put in in,nothing they could do.ground floor was closed for new furniture.a handicap person screwed and non working elevators
