For the size that it was it fit all of us pretty well.

I with the living space was a little bit bigger to fit all of us to watch a movie and night.

Great view of ocean. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment.

Great location to Ball fields & being on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

The only issue was that the air conditioner had problems for a few days. It did not cool very well. The people at the front desk did a great job to get someone there to work on the problem but the unit seemed old.

Having a place to stay on the beach

The washer smelled like mold. Someone was supposed to come take care of it. Nobody did. So I had to buy stuff to clean it good enough to wash the towels. Then the towels took 4 hours to dry. Was given a code to get more towels. The code didn’t work. Had to go buy more towels to shower with for all of us. Washer still smelled moldy and I was afraid to wash my clothes in it. So I had to go buy clothes. Was depending on being able to wash them at co do. There was a bloody tissue left on floor of 2nd bathroom. The dining table had sticky residue on it. I expect full cleaning deposit back. I was given a $100 credit but expect more than that. It was supposed to be a relaxing beach trip. But had to take time away from beach to buy towels. Then again for clothes. I will not rent this condo based on this. Saying there is a service available and then to get to condo and it was not was a deal breaker. Thank you

Cooked my own breakfast - so it was great

There were 3 elevators and only two worked most of the week. You could plan on waiting 10 minutes on an elevator. The floors in the condo had sand on them as if they hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes. There were not enough towels and wash cloths. Hole in the couch. Could use some touching up of paint.

This condo is a little pricey, but it's big and the views are gorgeous. The pool was big enough that we always found a chair and space to relax in the pool. The tiki bar by the pool had food and mixed drinks. We had a great time. The owner of the condo was very responsive to questions and provided everything we needed.

Took 20 minutes the first day to get an elevator and no luggage carts could be found. The parking deck was full most of the time we were there. There was trash all over the place on the beach and near the pool.
