one cart and it was breaking down the police was going through parking lot reading people tags and waited for me and husband to come outside for something that was not criminal and had us feel so uncomfortable as so many cars pulled up making us look like criminals.

The room was good and Clean it was a nice hotel

Only one device can be in WiFi or u pay extra for it and pans and pots for the kitchen and extra towels or shower stuff was extra cost but also couldn’t get it for $107.50 he wouldn’t price match said it was booking fault it was $109.50 which is the same as it would’ve been on their own website still a good deal but not what it should’ve been also had to wait like 20-30 mins to check in bc the staff was somewhere doing something and none of the phones got answered

The location was good.

On purposely booked room with kitchenette. All kitchen supplies had to be bought. No toaster no coffee pot. Had to pay a $1.37 a day linen fee. But had to call the cell to get anyone for desk

The room was comfortable and the kitchen in the room helped me a lot during my stay at the hotel. Also, the hotel is well located, close to groceries stores and malls.

I believe the cleaning services should be done more often and not every two weeks. At least, the hotel provided clean towels when I requested.

The bed was comfy

The other neighbors was loud all night, the whole building flooded, including my room. Several times I asked for a refund, but they only gave it to me after the pipes busted in the whole building. Will not be going back their. They staff was very young & didnt know much..

Parking

No breakfast, no wifi no coffee not even a complimentary bottled water. Dog poop in the hallway. Cops came in due to some incident. No staff at night.

Location good, rooms well insulated from adjacent rooms, kitchen basically good

Stove's fan didn't work well, light over stove didn't work, bathroom sink was plugged even after draino. (Sitting water that took minutes to drain each time)

No Kleenex in room. Parking lot had a lot of trash. Didn't know that they didn't accept cash, but I had a card.

Don't charge ppl extra for room service and pots and pans for rooms. Purchase better fridges so your guests don't have broken fridges and have to throw out hundreds of dollars of food. Don't be stingy and not refund your guests when your fridges Don't work. Buy better stoves.

Dirty, unsanitary, hair and dirt all over the place not worth $120

The air conditioning worked good. The bathroom was actually nice and clean.

Everything. I couldn't even get into the hotel, I was struggling and had to be on the phone for like 15 minutes So that someone can open the door. I check in and everything and we get to a room. The bed was really flimsy, the fridge smelled really bad and it was not even cold. There were memos in the elevator that made me think people live in this hotel, it doesn't seem like a hotel. I'm really shocked because the online photos and everything really misrepresented what the hotel actually is. There was only one person working when I was trying to check out this morning, and they were dealing with someone's toilet overflowing. The only solution they had was a fan. They had nothing to actually clean it up with. All the other guests in the hotel were very strange, there was an older gentleman just loitering in the lobby. There's a worker from Meijer, who I suspected lived there. None of the people that I saw looked very clean. I definitely would not stay there again.

Good location and inexpensive and accommodating of late check out.

Our floor had not been swept. There was visible sand / dirt on the floors and under the beds was pretty horrendous. Otherwise, it was fine. The mix of guests was interesting.

Sarah was the star of the place. Friendly knowledgeable, on point, helpful in every way. Don't lose her.
