The staff are very friendly and helpful. The welcome drink is so good. The hotel location is very near to the beach and lots of cafe, spa and restaurant.

There is a leaking from ceiling that cause floor so wet and there is a lot of mosquito in the room.

Excellent location in the middle of Seminyak. A very chiq and minimalist hotel. Rooms were clean. Parking was ok, as the hotel allowed us to park our small rental car in the premises and the very friendly and helpful security was great help too. Breakfast selection was ok, there's a small buffet spread and you get to order a main course. The omelette bagel was very yummy! The Canopy Spa was excellent and well worth it! Highly recommended!

Sound proofing in the rooms were pretty bad. You can easily hear people walking along the corridors, as well as the rooms beside. We could also hear the other guests from the swimming pool below at the hotel beside us. We were awaken with loud voices and music at 7AM. Can be rather disturbing if you are a light sleeper. There's also a funky smell from the water when you first open the taps. After leaving the taps on for a minute or so, only then the smell goes away. We believe it's from the pipes or water source in the area.

Was in a good location as short walk to restaurants and beach

Room was tiny. Lots of mosquitoes in room and restaurant. Check in was at 3 pm but at 3:30 pm still not in room until we complained

Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach and centre. Beach and surf is around the corner. Room was nice and fresh, comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Weak pressure in the shower

Het personeel was enorm behulpzaam. Mijn vriend heeft tijdens de vakantie een hoofdwond opgelopen. Ze kwamen gelijk aan met jodium en hielpen een taxi regelen naar het ziekenhuis voor een koopje! Het eten was enorm lekker, en goed betaalbaar. Alles zit zo mooi dichtbij het hotel, en alles zag er goed schoon uit. Alles word duidelijk aangegeven en het personeel is gewoon echt super.

De kamer was echt onwijs mooi en goed voorzien van alles. Helaas was het wel echt heel gehorig en blijft het licht ‘s avonds aanstaan wat je door de deur goed heen kon zien. Voor de rest was het echt prima. Voor drie nachten was dit prima uit te houden

the water smells not so good

Super modern and clean. Very aesthetic too! The spa on the 3rd floor is to die for. The treatments are way more affordable than the spas you’ll find in town and the service is second to none. That goes for the rest of the hotel too.

The rooms are a little thin meaning you hear everything around you. But it wasn’t too bad during our stay!

Las piezas del piso inferior son muy bellas pero con algo de humedad en su interior . Han iniciado una construcción al lado del edificio por lo que puedes tener algo de ruido

The access to the property isn’t the best. The room floors were very dirty but the rest of the room was clean.

The location was great, close to the beach and main road. The breakfast was lovely, and modern but small quantities.

The room was damp, and the beds were too close to one another. Breakfast portions were too small and the hotel did not have much of a view. Also, slightly difficult for people to drive in with cars.

Le personnel très très gentil, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, le restaurant de l’hôtel je le conseil énormément. J’ai passé un super séjour dans cette hôtel je le conseil fortement.

Du au travaux a quelques mètre de l’hôtel, le sanitaire était en mauvaise état. L’eau de la douche sentait très mauvais pendant les premières minutes.

The room smelt really smelly and damp Every time we entered it, unless the Aircon was on they had a humidifier in the room that was so noisy. It was on constantly every time it clicked in and out it would wake me during the night, but without it, it was really damp. It was surrounded by a building site causing a lot of disruption and noise. There was no swimming pool. They had problems with it so the three days we were there We couldn’t use it as it was totally green.

館内すべてお洒落で清潔な感じがしました。 お部屋も広くよかったです。 スタッフはみんな笑顔で挨拶してくれて居心地もよかったです。 コンビニやレストランもたくさん近くにあり動きやすい。

バスルームが三分の一くらい野外になっていて、気持ちいいのですが虫やヤモリが苦手な私にとっては、何か入ってくるのではと心配でした。 実際はとくに怖い思いはなく、蚊がいたくらいでした。

Design and staff were very nice, I got the room with the bathtub and nice balcony.

The room had an outdoor shower, with just a fly screen that was not secured to the frame, that was flapping in the wind all night, allowing mosquitos to enter the room. Additionally, the doors to the balcony were made up of 3X sliding doors that weren’t able to be locked, and were not sealing the room from the outside and rattled loudly. Air conditioning did not work great as the room was not sealed from the outside. The staff offered to change us rooms over upon inspection the new room had all of the same faults.

Das Frühstück war super und die Zimmer sahen sehr schön aus. Auch der Pool war großartig.

Die Wanne in unserem Zimmer konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, weil nur braune Brühe aus dem Wasserhahn kam. Das war schade, weil wir extra das Zimmer wegen der großen Wanne gebucht hatten.

Everything is new and very hygienic. Close to the beach

I've stayed in a lot of way cheaper places in Bali and wanted to treat myself to a few days in a nice hotel. But this turned out to be a disappointment. They don't warn you when you book that around the whole building there are constructions in progress. They did apologize with a letter in the room, but I would have liked to have known beforehand. So you enter the hotel through a construction site. The rooms are not soundproof at all, so you can hear everything that happens in the hallway, any conversation or person passing by. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately for this price you can find so many nicer places, especially in Bali.

We liked the staff and the restaurant. Really good food and staff always here to help. Location was also practical, right in the center and also 4 mik walk to the beach.

We didn't like the room because it had an unpleasant scent. Also the water had some kind of a smell and the hotel on booking is put up as a 4star but it is a 3 star hotel. But its not their fault because there were misleading information on booking.com. Also the price is too high for the 3 star hotel, for this price you can even stay in a 5 star hotel close by. Also the toilet broke in second use.

The room on ground floor was dripping with condensation - ok when the A/C on. Weird design and pictures better than in reality. Felt a little claustrophobic.

It was clean with modern facilities. We were given an upgrade on our room which gave us even more space. The breakfast was great and the bar had a good variety of food and drinks at other meal times. Had a room service on one of the nights which was quick and efficient. Central location in Seminyak with everything on the door step. Lovely pool area also. Would go back again for longer next time.
