Property was perfectly located steps fron the beach. Apartment was clean with a gated parking area steps feom my unit. Without AC it felt a bit warm and the ceiling fan in the master did not go high. We had ro open windows at night. It was noisy at times. Overall it was a nice place in a nice community close to many restaurants a short drive away.

This condo is very nicely furnished and very well equipped; steps away from the beach; nicely decorated; very clean; and we would definitely consider returning again.

So nice spending a few days of spring break letting our kids play and explore on the beach. Great location, the grounds were beautifully landscaped. Condo was super cute and had everything we needed. Check in to check out was smooth sailing.

We had a fun time at the beach which was a block away from A-16. It was a perfect spot to stay with our daughter and two young children. The rental unit met our needs. I would recommend changing the fan paddles in the dining room, otherwise all was good.

Great setup for a small family. Can see ocean from balcony. Easy access from parking garage. Pool was warm for January which we really appreciated. Sauna is awesome. There is a shared sauna and also the woman’s locker room has a private one as well. Unit has a pack n play in it!! Yay. They said they didn’t have one but this property had one in the closet. Go to banana dang for fun banana smoothies and coffee. Or ding tea for some really special boba and matcha. If you have a car.

We loved this property! It is so close to the beach and the property is very adorable. We loved the coffee mugs! We did cook most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Clean and inviting!We utilized the sauna and hot tub. It was so refreshing after being on the boat that day in the cold!

Such a beautiful location and home. So many great restaurants nearby. You can park your car for the weekend and just walk to the restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back, thank you for allowing us in your beautiful home.

We had a great time, great apartment, great location. We leave the place, clean how they ask, everything is taken care of - and then we get an email that the queen size bed was wet- damaged and they had to replace per our contract. Now I know for a fact that bed was not damaged in any way, and I am to be billed almost $800!!!! Fraud doesn’t win. Then they said that same bed was saturated with pee!!! I am stunned about peeing in my own bed and not knowing about it- very dangerous- I asked for pictures and they sent me a pic of new bed in plastic- what a fraud setup this place is- so sad- I went back and forth with owner how their cleaning crew was not being honest- but the beauty and convenience of this place is not worth the scam at the end- spend a little extra, go somewhere else, I’m sure I’m not the first patsy.

We gathered in Oceanside for my mom's birthday. We stayed in this adorable cottage and were thoroughly impressed with how roomy, comfortable and perfect it was. The ONLY think a little difficult was the stairs for my elderly mom but she loved it, the views and how close it was to the beach. She is looking forward to coming back.

This property was perfect for our long weekend stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could need was there. Communication with our hosts couldn’t have been better. The location is really great. Most nights we enjoyed the short walk to many amazing restaurants. The proximity to the beach was our favorite part of the property. We will be back!

Could not ask for a better location! Just steps to the beach. Condo was clean, although the cleaning company forgot to remove a duffle of dirty laundry. Upon contacting property managers, it was resolved. The check in and check out process could be streamlined. Picking up keys at office and depositing keys back to office upon check out seems a bit antiquated now. But overall, excellent vacation.

On check in. It was a simple check in go to security office and get the key . I guess there was a place on the app to go to . I had never used Vrbo before . It was a nice get away .

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo which was immaculate, quiet and next to the beach and pool. The location is close to restaurants, and attractions like Legoland for our kiddos but the beach and pool/hot tub were the main attraction.

Second year in a row at same location . Love this place . The location is ridiculously awesome . The amenities in the condo are great. Lots of sand chairs, coolers , etc etc for the beach.
If I had to say anything neg . I would say the front door of condo Desperately needs a screen door. Please consider that going forward and see you next year.

Excellent location. Great property except There is a major infestation ant problem and serverely all over the kitchen counter daily and master bathroom. This was unacceptable and management didn’t take with priority. We had to continually spray and hide food. They should get this under control and it will be 5 star

We come every year! We love that they have a queen and a king beds. We love staying at this complex. Management was very helpful and quick to respond when we had difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi.

The unit is nice, clean, pretty well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. No need to bring beach chairs. The location of course is perfect. It is steps to the beach. Do bring ear plugs if you are light sleeper. There is no AC and you need to sleep with windows open. And since the unit is facing the road, it gets pretty loud with all the retro cars and people being on vacation and getting a little more vocal:))) Otherwise, we really enjoyed the unit and will recommend it.
