النظافة وعزل الصوت فالغرف جدا رااائع والكوفي التابع للفندق رائع ولكن ماكان عندهم قهوة سعودية غير اذا يطلعونها للغرف مره غريبة الصراحة المفروض تكون من أولى من أي نوع قهوة أخرى طيب انا من نزلاء الفندق وابغى اشرب القهوة تحت يقول ممنوع مافي 🤔

عدم توفير باصات تنقل للحرم النبوي وعدم وجود مطعم خاص بالفندق

موقع الفندق كان من حولينه انشأت في الطرق صعبة عملية التنقل

عدم اهتمام الموظفين بطلبات النزلاء بحيث تكرر طلب اصلاح التلفزيون 3 مرات ثم يصل عامل ويتبين انه لايعرف ثم يأتي آخر ويتردد بالدخول مرتين ويتبين ان التلفزيون عطلان ويتم تغييره. عدم وجود مرآه متحركة بالحمام. رداءة مغسلة الحمام ومحابس الماء متكسرة وساقطة على الأرض. رداءة الاثاث وتمزق الستائر وعدم اكتمال ادوات المطبخ ونقص ادوات مغسلة الحمام. ودخول الاصوات من النوافذ رغم اغلاقها مما يتسبب بعدم الراحة بالنوم بالليل والمكان بعيد جدا عن الحرم الشريف والقيمة المدفوعة اكبر بكثير من حجم المكان وخدماته لذا يجب مراجعة التقييمات للمكان كي لا يتفاجأ أحد مستقبلاً به.

Rooms were clean and good sized. Checkin was quick. We were a bit early but could get the room ready for occupation in 15 mins. There were kids water slides and gym but did not use. Would stay again.

We booked the suite that had jacuzzi but the jacuzzi wasn't woking unfortunately. We didn't mind as we stayed there mainly for visit to Haram.

The hotel is in a quiet area. There are restaurants and shops and a laundry service and a tour office in walking distance. It is clean and you can request room cleaning. There is a very good coffee house in the hotel with tasty bites. The staff is very friendly.

The only thing I would love to see them improve is taxi service. I am an international traveller without a Saudi Arabian phone line so it was not easy for me to call a taxi. The hotel did not offer this service. Having said that the staff did their best to call for Uber taxi service for me and it worked out just fine at the end.

Clean and modern place with good coffee shop and sit out for everyone to relax and enjoy.

No restaurant or breakfast buffet included in the price, jacuzzi need good hot water as its outside in terrace, English communication at reception was little difficult they need to work on this.

This was my second trip to Hafawah and their standards are same. Highly satisfied and highly recommended. Very cooperative staff, neat and clean. Excellent place to stay

Great location & very quiet & comfortable

The place was new and furniture and all amenities was high standard.

It was far from the Majid ul Nabi, there is no shuttle service, breakfast is limited and there is no crossing to the Mall opposite.

اوقات عمل مرافق المسبح و النادي تحتاج للمراجعة ضعف سرعة الواي فاي في الفندق

التقييم للاجنحة مبالغ فيه و الارضيات غير نظيفة والسويت ضيق والمياه ضعيفة شح بالصابون والشامبو بدورات المياه لا يوجد مياه للشرب على الأقل كترحيب

1-There's no soundproof in the room. 2-the king size bed is not comfortable, they put two single bed together to make it king size. 3- there is no electric socket and light switches next to the bed if i want to charge my phine or turn (off/ on ) the light.

everything The receptionist gave us an upgrade from one bedroom to two bedroom apartment as a welcoming complementary which i really appreciated The cafe in the lobby lounge is amazing
