The staff were very thorough and really do their best to make the customer happy. You can tell they genuinely care and are happy to the job always. Very hospitable with great service.

The food was nice but could be hotter

The hotel was accommodating, friendly and clean. All services were provided to excellent standards and the amenities were of excellent condition. The staff were very helpful, especially the housekeeping. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I didn’t like anything. I advice other hotels to everyone much more better. the staff was too rude, they have no service, we brought our luggeages to our room, when we wanted they didn’t call a taxi, they say they dont call taxi, there was no luandry service, no shoe sponge or that kind of equipments, there was no service or shuttle, no breakfat and no room service. When we were making checkin they told us there is room service from the hotel’s restaurant is working then we called they said no it stoped one month ago. They only take care of the people who comes with tours to earn more money. Restaurant is only open 18.30-20.30 and too expensive and there was only three different meal, meat, rica and soup and salads.

Very poor service , poor communication and unprofessional behaviour of Mr Khalid hotel supervisor, I wish I could give them a zero star instead of one star

Behaviour of reception staff , arrived with family and booking was cancelled without any reason , I informed them my arrival time and they acknowledged my email ,

الاستقبال الاستاذ منذر كان متميزاً جداً جزاه الله خيرا النظافة الواي فاي ممتاز محلات قريبة من الفندق ويوجد بقالة وصيدلية يوجد مقهى في اللوبي 5 دقائق مشي عن الحرم النبوي
