Very Comfortable Very near and close convenient to Musjid Nabawi Staff all exceeded and went out and really went out of there way to make us Comfortable The 3rd Floor Cleaning Staff with.Jabed Hossin were ever and always willing to make us comfortable as possible and offered us with twice a day cleaning Service and always replenishing our Water and other items for the room We were also spoilt with a Lovely Fruit basket Daily

The Breakfast Spread can be Improved to a better Variety And the Breakfast space was too cramped with to little space We had battled to find place to sit and have our breakfast

first time of all my visit find : room clean, magnificent staff, quite floor complimentary fruit

but didn’t like: 1-hotel breakfast need to change not nice at all 2-need to change room carpet 3-unfortunately in bathroom no hot water 😳 toke time till they fixed it 4-i were n room only 1 but find 4 chairs!!!!

1/ at night there is was a cockroach in the air vent, which the sound was on a continuous basis 2/ The Iron wasn’t clean, thus the moment I was ironing the Thoob all the dust and (ترسبات) which caused dirt on the Thoob

Location was amazing , breakfast we also very good however we had ordered a twin room and it was not arranged .

Asked for coffee pods and didn’t recieve them ! No janamaz.
