Parking attendant was not very friendly & was rude.

Carpets pretty bad. Tile floor dirty.

I loved the location, and the facility itself. And everything it has to offer, as well as looks. The staff were very friendly as well. Id stay there again, just not in the same room. On top of the crappy room, it rained most all week so.....

The room was absolutely horrible. Looked nothing the like the pics. Neither TV worked. The one in living room was a big box 1975 style. And we couldn't even turn it on. After a few days, someone came and turned on while we were away. So then it was on, but only had one channel. The TV in bedroom also only had one channel. With all the rain, we definitely needed a TV. We had to go buy one to watch netflicks. And, at check in they would only give us one parking spot, but we had two cars. Last day the AC went out and couldn't sleep that night, and sweat to death packing the next morning. Ive paid less money for way more. This was a one bedroom that I paid as much for as ive paid for a way nicer three bedroom. I fell like I should have gotten half my money back! But vacassa doesn't seem to care about fulfilling their obligation to provide a great experience.

The property was right on the golf of Mexico I’m right by the pool

Too many people at the pool weren’t checking arm bands

Only thing I liked was that it was on the beach
