Everything. Beautiful green area, nice and clean apartament with tastefull furniture, well equiped kitchen for 4 people (parents and two young boys). Close by the sandy beach Alykes and perfect location for arriving in max 30 driving minutes in every interest point from the beautiful island.

Beutiful garden, close to the beach (5 minutes walk), supermarket, restaurants, and bars. Exceptional staff (thank you Mina!) made us feel like visiting good friends. Extremely helpful, friendl, and very responsive to e-mails.

The only downside were the mosquitos from the nearby salt lake.

It is a well-maintained property, a property with lots of grass and trees that help maintain a lower temperature considering the heat we faced during our stay there. The staff we met were very friendly, helpful and sociable, always smiling and ready to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There was an older gentleman who watered the grass in the yard every day and who on the first day brought us a melon that we devoured in the evening in the cooler. The rooms are cleaned daily. The two ladies at the reception were very helpful and kind. They also helped us book a taxi for the transfer to the airport, when we couldn't find one. From the property to the multitude of taverns and shops is only 2 minutes away. The distance to the beach (Alykes) is another plus - about 5 minutes on foot. The nearest market is about 100m away (there are actually 2 of them - both well stocked and affordable prices). Although the property is on the street, the night was quiet and we were not disturbed by the noise of cars and mopeds.

The bungalow that we stayed (number 4) was missing the insects net to any of the terrace doors which made it difficult for us to ventilate at night. The air conditioner was working a bit ... conditioned, but it worked.

The property: A green oasis really close to the Alykes “strip” and beach. Nice bungalows, spacious, well equiped with what you need for a family. Insect nets for all doors and windows, powerful and clean air conditioner. Nice furniture, clean sheets, that were changed every other day. The staff: Mina and Eleni are two really wonderful persons, always polite, happy, always eager to help with an advice, a print, or a taxi reservation (and also be there at 5h00 AM to say goodbye). The old man taking care about the garden was sooo polite and so kind for our children - we got oranges and plums from his orchard, as well some olive oil for us (it was always his pleasure). The surroundings: property really close to the center of Alykes, where all the good stuff (i.e. tavernas) are located. I can recommend Zorba, Alati, Asteria, Deni’s, Pita Break. All the others are fine as well. The people: all people here were always kind and happy, eager to help and serve you as a tourist. I met people of different cultures that moved to Greece and work there in the tourism industry. All nice people. The places: Alykes beach is a small clean beach with affordable prices and nice staff (e.g. Vladimir from Asteria). The places are wonderful. Took the one day trip to the Northern Zakynthos, were able to see many villages, nice places, nice people, and the fantastic boat trip took us to the blue caves, Xigia beach and the shipwreck (Navaggio). Worther every dime! All in all a fantastic experience, and mostly because of the nice people we met! Thank you Mina, Eleni and old man! Thank you Vladimir and the old Scottish guy working at Deni’s! nothing not to like. there’s even a spoiled cat on the property if you need one :)

Perfect quiet location, individual bungalows with private entrances, patio - upgraded to deluxe (well worth it- for shower and aircon) 300m to the beach.. did not even need a car. Staff were brilliant

The location was perfect. Eleni, Mina and their parents are wonderfull people! We are greatful for everything they did for us! Hope we will have the ocasion to spent other holidays at their location.

The property is so well kept. A lot of effort and love is put in caring for this place, the plants and their customers. Everything is very clean. You find everything you need in the property. It is very well equipped, from hanging your wet towels to mosquito repellent. The owners are super-friendly and it is a delight to talk to them. It was a real pity our stay was so short.
