The breakfast was great. Waffles, bacon, eggs, and really great muffins.

The price was $180 a night after taxes so you get what you pay for.

breakfast was terrible. Hot items were over done and limited at 8:00 AM.

The room was amazing. We had a beautiful view of the the Queen City. The location was ideal, we were in close proximity to several convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies as well as grocery stores. You could see the outlets from the window. The hotel had a great layout. The lobby offered: a relax and play section that had huge Jenga & Connect 4 games, televisions, quiet sitting area, and a quick escape to the pool area. I didn't get the opportunity to visit the pool but other guests were thoroughly enjoying the pool, grill and cornhole.

I honestly have no complaints about this hotel. Everyone was helpful and polite. Hopefully everyone will give you the same ratings without any complaints!

I love this location. The breakfast was ok.

Breakfast ended relatively early and $100 non-refundable pet fee for one night with no incidents is a bit extreme. It is totally understandable to charge if issues arise but the value is there for one night. Unfortunately, I won’t be back for that reason.

The breakfast was ok, just what you would expect for a free meal. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was dirty when we first arrived and that was a turnoff, we immediately called front desk, but was told someone would clean shower next morning a/c housekeeping was not there( WOW) Will not stay at this location again!!!!

The rooms were very clean. The location was great, very close to the outlets. I would definitely stay here again.

Storng odor/smell, maybe of cleaning chemicals, in the room, gave me a headache. Loud crowd in the lobby eating delivery pizza there as if it were their living room. Modern style of rooms. Value for money.
