It was very welcoming

I pay for a hotel room and then have to turn around and pay $12 for parking I don’t understand why i have to pay to park where I’m staying

The hotel & staff were nice

they require you to pay for parking each night along with paying for breakfast.. parking is $12 per night and breakfast was almost $30

The staff was pleasant, the hotel location was great, the rooms and hallways were clean and smoke free which I loved. The bartender Brittany was AWESOME, FRIENDLY and provided GREAT customer service.

I was a bit disappointed that I felt pressured to join as a member just to avoid paying an extra $12 a day parking fee when it wasn't valet parking. I would have joined anyway because of location, staff, cleanliness and the fact that I felt safe but it shouldn't be a parking fee for paying customers, regardless of the membership. Also, since you don't serve free breakfast, you could at least make your restaurant and bar food prices reasonable, I spent approx. $200 for 3 people, the 1st night. We didn't eat at the hotel the second night. Last but MOST IMPORTANT, we had 2 fire alarms during my weekend stay, which thankfully wasn't anything too serious but we were on the 14th floor and had to walk down the stairs and outside. My problem with that was one of the stairway door was locked, so people lost valuable time walking from one end of the hall to the other end to vacate the building.(Not Good). After the fire trucks arrived and cleared for us to go back in, no one at the hotel checked to see if we were okay or asked any questions when we came in, as if it was a routine drill. My sister is over 65, has chronic asthma, anxiety and RA, I had my daughter and 3yr old grandbaby, so that trip down 14 flights of stairs were awful for us. Sadly she left her pump trying to exit the building quickly because we didn't have any idea where the fire was. We didn't see any staff so everyone were for themselves, except some customers who were around us trying to help. We didn't get a discount, a free breakfast, a sorry for the inconvenience, not even a "is everyone okay?" Although this is the things that I didn't like, I will definitely go back and stay. I'll just make other eating arrangements and make sure that I'm on a lower floor. I hope the hotel learn from my dislikes and it's not to deter anyone from staying, it is a great place to stay on your vacation, they just need to adjust a few things.

Friendly staff

The room looked old, the carpet looked dirty with plenty of stains. The furniture was worn. No handwashing soap or liquid soap at the sink, only wall mounted in the shower.

Beautiful hotel

That as large as this hotel is and as much money as it makes. How come they only have one trolley for luggage!!!!! We had to make multiple trips!! Hotel was hot as fire thru out. Our floor had no air!! But the room did. Room was decent. But like the stay before it was still half cleaned!! They need to dust all furniture and fixtures! Also, this hotel is huge! Too huge to not have microwaves in each room!!! Big negative! Only 1 per floor!! There was a small line! That's a no!

I liked the location of the hotel and the lobby area was very nice.

We had to beg for towels our entire stay. The shower was overflowing and we had to stand in water our entire stay, nothing was done about this.
