The Waffle House is right in front of the hotel

The short Caucasian lady is rude for no reason and lied saying they didn’t have rooms available when they did a guy walked in two mins saying he had a reservation then she all of a sudden had a room she’s very nasty and she pick and choose who she’s going to be nice too make me feel like it’s something personal.

Rooms were awful. Bed was hard as a rock. Room wasn't cleaned. Air conditioner didn't work well. The TV we could not get to work at all. I was very disappointed. Not to mention the pillows had no pillow cases in them. Also was supposed to have breakfast according to when I booked the room and we asked when we arrived and they told us there wasn't any breakfast only vending machines.

It was close to carowinds

The hard bed, didn't look clean, the coffee pot sitting on the bathroom sink, shower curtain was hard to keep closed the air conditioner was either dirty or out dated ! Didn't have no blankets just sheets and a top cover

The property manager was racist and made it a uncomfortable experience

The bed were great The lines were very clean.

The staff was rude and over charges us, seemed like he was trying to.pocket so extra $$$. Room had no fridge and I needed one. The room had an odor. The carpet was filthy. I had had a rough day traveling and it was very noisy in the wee hours of the am.if I knew y'all wanted pics I would have take complete truth that people should only stay here if they liien some Bc it is hard to believe. That's about it I think, TGracie Tanner Noah Kiser Have no idea why they got a 3.0 with that review.

I booked online and one of the reasons why I booked was because of the continental breakfast. they have not had breakfast in almost 3 years but still advertised as they did. a little disappointed but overall it was ok
