Il nostro appartamento è perfettamente situato al 2 ° piano direttamente con vista sulla spiaggia, fiume lento e scivoli d'acqua. Evitare gli ascensori e parcheggiare direttamente su questo piano. This was a beautiful unit with all of the amenities any family would need. Highlights include a fully stocked kitchen (appliances & utensils), a walk in pantry, lots of seating, and the beds were SO comfortable! I slept like a baby the entire week! One of the recliners got stuck in the "legs up" position while we were there. I emailed Charlotte and she had a maintenance worker up there within an hour! The one and only thing I can think of that would have been better would be the floors. Maybe this is just a product of being a beachfront property, but the bottoms of our feet were black within an hour of walking around barefoot. Maybe the floors could have been more thoroughly steam mopped prior to our arrival? At any rate, that was not a deal breaker for us. The low floor was fun as you remained "in the action" but it stayed quiet inside if you needed some peace and quiet. If you are looking for a sweeping view of the ociean, this is not the floor for you. If you want a more 180 view, you would need to go up to at least the 4th floor. Overall, the unit was AMAZING, Charlotte was WONDERFUL and the building staff was so pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the additional ice maker was beyond Perfect!!
The ONLY downfall was the water slide. It was only open 2 full days during our week stay. The slide was a big part of our booking due to having 5 grandkids with us. The lazy river did save the day! Staff was very pleasant!
We can’t wait to return!!!

We just returned from a week stay with our children and 4 grands. I think I’m spoiled now! The resort is amazing with the slide, indoor and outdoor pools and location. We never felt cramped with 11 people. The dining table sat everyone and there were a lot ifseats on the balcony. They even had a kids picnic table which was super cute! The dryer did go out but they came the same day we reported and had it fixed by the next day. The only complaint I have is you do need to sleep with the master bedroom open or it gets hot in there even with the fans going. It’s easy to do this because that bedroom is in the back of condo. Every bedroom has a small balcony where you can step out and see the ocean! Will definitely stay again!

This is our family ‘s second time staying at Phoenix West, unit 209. The second floor unit has many advantages, such as getting to the beach and lazy river by walking down one flight of stairs instead of waiting for the busy elevator, usually parking availability on the same level as the unit, and a great view of the lazy river right below us. The unit was very clean and well kept. When the washing machine had an issue management was quick to call a technician and the machine was fixed the same day. This unit was just perfect for 6 couples and 3 pre teenagers. This year we discovered the pickle ball court on the roof of the garage so added another fun activity.

We all absolutely loved the Phoenix West. Great location! There were 12 of us, from 2 years old to 63. Clean, well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you would need. Extra ice maker was very handy. Spent many hours at the water slide, lazy river and pools. Evenings were spent with our little grandkids playing in the sand and ocean during sunset. Spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony. Enclosed parking was awesome! Definitely came in handy the morning we were leaving. It was storming like crazy and were were able to load the vehicles and remain completely dry. Great place to stay!

We vacationed with another family amd the 10 of us had a wonderful time. The location is great and it's a bonus being on the second floor and really convenient to take the stairs down. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils ect. The ice maker is also a bonus for making frozen drinks or loading a cooler for the beach. It was cooler when we were there and only complaint is that we wished the outdoor pools were heated.

We had a nice stay this chilly week- pickleball and the indoor pool were key because it was too chilly to be in the outdoor water.Loved the lay out. Great views of the gulf. The slide is right by the balcony which is nice to watch kids but the slide drowns out the sounds of the ocean waves.The beds were comfortable but extra thick so the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on properly. Kitchen was outfitted with all we needed. Wifi was okay. Parking was super easy and great access to the room. Walk to the beach was delightfully short! Indoor pool lighting was dim. Wished it were brighter. Gym had plenty of exercise equipment.Enjoyed a short drive (3 miles) to visit Gulf State Park.We would consider this condo an option for the future.

The upkeep of this beautiful condo is lacking, dusty, ice maker filter not changed, ice maker in fridge not working, dishwasher bottom rack had no wheels, toilet in king room across from bunk room not flushing properly, tv in same room busted, chair missing with dining room table and ac had hard time keeping up. Prices go up but quality goes down. Beautiful condo but needs some serious attention for price charged. We enjoyed our family vac and the complex, location & lower floor was awesome..this condo just needs some TLC...

This rental is perfect if you are looking for space! We had 6 adults and one grandchild (2y). Each couple and/or singleton had their own room and bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was with the master bath needs some repairs around the shower doors. The views on the private patio looking out at the ocean were absolutely stunning!The property had all the amenities we were looking for to entertain our granddaughter-indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, and water slide along with the beach, which is steps away. Grocery stores were close by as well as restaurants and attractions.I appreciated the ease of checking in and getting parking passes for our vehicles. Will definitely look to stay here again if we take another trip to Orange Beach!

The 2nd floor corner condo was the best location. Beautiful view of sunsets and sunrise. We saw dolphins daily while on the lanai. Great view of beach and lazy river , ease in and out of condo. Perfect floor plan for families.
Make sure you pack trash bags, foil, ziplock baggies, spices, laundry soap etc.
If you forget anything , there are stores right across the street.

The property was extremely clean and as described in the listing. The condo was well maintained, grill area was great and security around the complex made us feel very safe. The view from the 2nd floor was perfect! Overall, 5 stars all the way around. We will definitely be back in the near future! Thank you Phoenix West for a wonderful family vacation!

Pros and Cons of our stay
The location of the condo was excellent - on the beach. A couple of negative comments are (1) their soap, shampoo, etc are very small trial sizes. Bring your own toiletries and kitchen needs (2) It was very crowded during our July stay. We could always find a parking spot but the Lazy River was packed and very, slow going (3) Great security around the pool grounds and parking which made us feel safe (4) Grocery stores are close but food/gas costs are extremely high (5) Beach was overflowed with umbrellas/chairs which cost a high fee to rent. Most of the chairs/umbrellas weren't reserved but took up prime space for those of us who brought our own (6) Although it was out of our control, the water was filled with seaweed and jellyfish were out in full force stinging. The condo itself was clean, roomy, well-decorated and large enough for a family of 12 easily. We had a great time.

Some cleanliness issues but over all good
The property has beautiful views of the water and over the pool areas. Loved being on the 2nd floor. Was able to avoid the long lines of the elevator by using the stairs if needed. The staff at the front desk were very curtious. Pool area was never over crowded despite it being spring break for many, also remained very clean. Had a few minor issues withthe condo. Some were addressed during our stay, some were not. Sand in sheets and pillow covers on bedding were unwashed and dirty, a lamp was broken with exposed ceramic- owner did address this and brought clean sheets, new bedding over and duck taped the broken lamp. The hot water did not work in the jacuzzi tub-owner never responded to this issue but did't push it since we didn'tneed to use the tub. The floors throughout the condo appear to be clean but the bottoms of our feet were black almost immediately. I'm sure some of that was from the sand brought in by our family throughout the week, but that doesn't explain the first night. Overall, a great condo and would stay there again.

Condo was beautiful-beach was great. Read description for details
It was great overall. (Condo floors needed a good scrubbing on arrival-sticky) starter pac of dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc as described so be ready to hit Walmart! People in the area were super kind, friendly and helpful. Parking on the floor of condo was really helpful with the little ones in our family. Owner is very response to questions and kind. Great place overall!

Memories worth repeating
Our youngest daughter had the ideal of a trip the week before Christmas instead of buying a bunch of presents that the grandkids would soon forget. The unit we picked slept 14, which was ample room for the 9 of us. Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. Unit was equipped with all the comforts of home. Only problem was on the 2nd day the smoke detectors started going off due to low batteries. Charlotte sent someone over right away and took care of the problem. Will definitely return. Great view of the gulf.
