Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement, et c’était une véritable horreur. Voici les nombreux problèmes rencontrés :
1. Caution imprévue de 250 CHF à l’arrivée, jamais mentionnée dans la réservation.
2. La dame à la réception était en retard et semblait ignorer que nous avions réservé. Une attitude extrêmement arrogante et désagréable, elle nous a même dit qu’elle n’avait “pas besoin de nous” et qu’on pouvait “annuler si nous n’étions pas contents” — sans possibilité de remboursement, bien sûr.
3. Frais cachés : 4 % supplémentaires à payer en cash car la réservation a été effectuée via Booking, non mentionné à l’avance. Les taxes de séjour également exigées uniquement en espèces.
4. Le parking censé être inclus dans le prix ne l’était pas : j’ai dû me garer dehors en zone bleue.
5. État de l’appartement déplorable : un trou dans le plafond avec des câbles électriques visibles, pas de shampooing, des serviettes pour une seule personne alors que la réservation était pour deux, et pas de duvet — uniquement un simple plaid.
Le pire : il faisait extrêmement froid, on sentait une climatisation souffler toute la nuit, rendant la situation invivable en plein hiver.
6. Un scandale en matière de sécurité : le détecteur de fumée, mal fixé au plafond au-dessus du lit, est tombé sur nous en pleine nuit. En vérifiant, nous avons découvert qu’il n’avait même pas de pile ! Une négligence inacceptable et dangereuse.
7. Conditions abusives pour le départ : un état des lieux à rallonge, inspection minutieuse de chaque détail, et menace de facturer 50 CHF/heure pour nettoyer la cuisine, information jamais mentionnée à la réservation.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Une gestion déplorable, des frais cachés, des conditions inadmissibles et un logement loin d’être conforme aux standards annoncés. C’est un lieu dangereux et inconfortable, à éviter absolument !

My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. It was an appalling experience from start to finish, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Here are the key issues I faced:
1. Room Conditions
The room was nothing short of a disaster. Dust had accumulated everywhere—on the furniture, fixtures, and even on the surfaces we used. Despite trying to clean it ourselves with baby wipes, the dust kept resettling, which made it impossible to feel comfortable.
Underneath the bed was an absolute nightmare. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, with layers of dirt, dust, and debris that had clearly been ignored by housekeeping. The level of neglect was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel.
2. General Cleanliness
It wasn’t just the room that was dirty—the entire hotel lacked basic hygiene and upkeep. Common areas looked poorly maintained, with visible signs of dirt and grime. This made the whole place feel unpleasant and unhygienic.
3. Staff Attitude
The staff, particularly the front desk team, were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. They were rude, unprofessional, and indifferent to our concerns. Despite traveling with my family, we received no consideration or empathy. Their lack of hospitality made an already bad experience even worse.
4. Management and Oversight
It’s clear that this hotel is poorly managed. There seems to be no accountability or effort to address basic issues like cleanliness or customer service. This reflects a complete disregard for guest satisfaction, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
Impact on My Stay
Staying here with my family was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. We felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, and deeply dissatisfied throughout our visit. Instead of enjoying our trip, we spent most of our time dealing with these issues and regretting our choice of accommodation.

The studio is so nice and clean, equipped with also kinds of kitchen tools. The quilt and towel are both thoroughly neat. Most importantly, the landlady is so hospital and talkative.
The location is a bit remote. It takes about 5 minutes to the nearest bus station.

The studio is located in a new apartment block, it was very clean and has good public transport connections to the city. The bed was comfortable.
Taking a break from camping in the Alps, my wife and I decided to stay in Lausanne for 3 nights. On the Booking app we searched for properties in the area with free parking and a laundry. This one came up. 1) Be aware that it does NOT have free parking and you are informed of this only after already booking, when you receive a very long "terms and conditions" email from the owner. You can either leave the car in front of the building with the parking clock on the dashboard which you have to move every 4 hours; you can leave it on the parking behind the building which is free only on Sundays; or pay the owner 10 CHF/day to park in the garage. 2) We could NOT use the laundry! The owner explained that we simply need to make an account for the service and we can use it - this is not the case! We made an account, and then received a confirmation email that they will activate it within 48 hours. As per the contract, you would then need to charge the new account 3 days before first use of the washing machine! So this would only be useful for someone staying in the flat for a long time. The contract then specified that we can only cancel our subscription by sending a registered mail via regular post! Very frustrating! We then went to a regular laundromat 10min walking distance away, and did our laundry there. 3) At check-in, we signed a long inventory list specifying all the items in the flat. This is common when renting a flat for a long period, but never happened to us yet at B&B's, and we travel a lot! The owner then took a picture of my credit card and even insisted to provide the 3-digit CVV number on the back of the card! I expressed my hesitation but the owner dismissed it. I then called my bank clerk who told me to never disclose this security number to anyone and suggested to block the card to be on the safe side! Again, very frustrating and not something you would wish to experience when on vacation.
