None.Had an extremely negative experience during this CNY stay at Mansion One Sky Hive. NOT WORTH the RM 2k plus paid for this level of service and accommodation. Pillows and mattresses had stains. Despite showing pictures to management, no action was taken. We had to request mop and detergent to clean ourselves.

The lift took excessively long to operate, lifts were jammed, "bomba" came to rescue, causing inconvenience during both check-in and check-out. During check-in, we faced trouble as the nearest lift was out of order, leading us to carry luggages to access the only operational lift. The designated car park was far from the lift as well. During check-out, we waited for appox 30 minutes, but the lift was out of order again. We eventually decided to carry our luggages by stairs. from the 22nd floor to the 18th floor, where we attempted to find a functioning lift. After trying multiple floors, we managed to enter a packed lift from the 18th floor and traveled floor by floor to the lobby to check out. The lift was overcrowded, and despite seeing others waiting to check out on various floors, we couldn't accommodate them due to the lift's capacity limitations and the announcement instructing us not to let more people in to avoid jamming. Despite complaining to the Person In Charge (PIC), no action was taken to address these issues.

I was to give no star review but there’s no option

This is literally the worst hotel i have seen in my entire life. They have mentioned sea view rooms but there is nothing there. Its city view room.. We’re family of 3 with a 1 year old baby and i have booked a sea-view room, upon my check-in im surprised to see that there’s no sea-view. When i called the property and checked Wilson named person got connected as property owner and informed that’s what we have available. I told him i booked for sea-view room and there’s city view, not even a partial sea view. He said “what?? You want room in middle of ocean for view ah??” He’s so arrogant. Top of that this apartment has 4 floors of parking and top floor doesn’t have lift. So you have to stop at floor 3, drop your luggage at lift then go park next floor. Imagine mess you will go through if you’re family with infants and more luggage. I asked owner Wilson why didn’t you inform me that there’s no lift top floor. He rudely answered “How am I supposed to know how many luggage you’re getting?” At least show your guests curtesy to tell no lift on top floor. Also, we need to pay extra RM 100 security deposit upon check in. If all ok they will refund you it. If you pay deposit by card, you need to wait 1 week to get refund. Sooo pathetic

房子地点不错，附近很多吃的地方。房子算大间，两房一厅。环境蛮干净只不过家具有很多破烂了，床底下很多灰尘。厨房的用具很多都生锈，垃圾是要自己拿去扔掉。所谓一分钱一分货。

家具很多都陈旧甚至破烂了。阳台窗口lock不到。床底很多灰尘(有收费RM45 cleaning fee)，电视频台看不到一直loading。厨房的电饭煲，用具几乎都生锈好像只是摆设而已。如果可以少为改进一点，客户住的舒服好评率高。
