We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The best part was it fit our two families very well. The bunk beds upstairs have great mattresses for the kids. We messaged to ask for oven mitts and they were delivered. Lots of towels, both bath and beach. The wagon was also in great shape and perfect for heading to the nearby beaches.

Enjoyed our stay here. had nearly everything you'd need. It could use a few more basic items (more than 1 dish towel and dish cloth, oven mitts, BBQ tools). The lighting in the unit was quite challenged as well, the hallway light doesn't work and the dining room lights have a seizure inducing flicker that we couldn't navigate consistently. Overall it was good and we would stay again.

One of the nicest locations we’ve stayed at. Condo was well cared for, grounds well taken care of, nearby beach great for kids. Lots of space for everyone to move around. Mahalo!

The condo over all was nice. It had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the neighborhood teenagers were jumping the pool fence and disturbed everyone there. We couldn't even enjoy the pool. One of the other guest that was staying there called the police. The kids still came back with even more kids. We even called the management and nothing was done.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.. it was very roomy for two families of four. The AC worked great( we were a little worried from reviews, but they worked fine). Loved the updated kitchen, I loved that there was no tv in the living room. The only down side was upstairs there were some bugs. Not sure if it’s because there isn’t a glass for the windows upstairs, it’s just a screen and glass shutters. The umbrella and beach chairs had some wear and tear, Overall would stay at this place again

The location was close to beaches and the pool which the kids loved. The property was very quiet and fit our family well.

Amazing location

We loved staying here. The the unit was updated and clean. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of beach supplies made it easy to go to the beach daily. Additionally the beach is just a short walk across the street. This place is a great central location in Kihei making it easy for us to explore the island. I highly recommend and hope to come back one day. Thank you for the wonderful rental, lots of amazing family memories were made here.

We had a wonderful time exploring Maui and just relaxing at the condo. Lots of space. Short walks to the beach to enjoy sunset and see sea turtles! It was a nice accommodation!

Overall experience was good. Great location. Nice pool/hot tub area. Space was as advertised. Clean and tidy when we arrived. Only complaint would be minor maintenance issues. Dishwasher was not working properly as door would not latch shut so it couldn’t be used. The lint trap cover in dryer was broken causing the need to fish out a lot of small items like socks as they could fall through. Other than those two maintenance items the property was great and I would recommend this location to other guests.

We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities (pool, tennis, bbq) and location were great. The condo appears to have had some upgrades so the pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen was great and well stocked. We loved the deck. Although there was not air conditioning in one bedroom it was still a comfortable temperature for sleeping. The one thing that could use an upgrade are the blinds and curtains as some did not open properly. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in all 3 units. Very accommodating and communication was great!

This property was recently remodeled and looks fresh and new. We were close to everything in Kihei and short drives to Wailea and about 30 minutes to Lahaina. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was one bedroom did not have air conditioning. The loft was great for the kiddos and had its own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Not good with small children. Not secure

The property is basically contactless as long as you know how to look up the information on the website! We ran out of some toiletries but other than that it was well kept.

This property isn't totally awful and the pool is great, but the listing is misleading as there are several issues. First, while the listing says it'll sleep 6-8 people, 4 of those are 5 foot long children's bunk beds. So, it really won't sleep 6-8 adults - just 4 adults and 4 children. Second, one of the BRs doesn't have A/C. There is A/C in the main living space, but that is a split A/C unit that doesn't really help cool the 2nd BR. Third, the "beach chairs and beach toys" they provide are 3 old and decrepit chairs and an old, rusty umbrella. Truly embarrassing. Fourth, they do provide beach towels, but the managers must have search long and hard to find the cheapest, thinnest beach towels available. Lastly, while there are "smart TVs," they are only in the two BRs - none in the main room. So, if you want to watch TV, you'll have to gather in a BR where there are no chairs.

The manager wouldn’t communicate with us about the problem. When she did She was blaming us for the problem. She finally called a tech, who came on Saturday We checked in on Tuesday, and had 3 miserable nights which would have been avoided if the property was maintained

The pool was wonderful and great for kids. Overall a great experience. Wish there was an ice maker but that’s aboutbit

Our flight was moved due to a broken airplane. We contact owner upon arrival asking to get an early check in as the new flight got us in very early. Owner was not very accommodating and honestly didn’t really want to help. After numerous messages she let us In an hour early. For the 6 hours we were told the cleaning people needed , the place was dirty. Pictures show fridge with ice maker, fridge is a dorm room special. Air conditioning does not work, condo is very hot and sleeping was tough. We have stayed at many VRBOs in Maui. We definitely will not return to this one. Maybe if it sits empty, the owner will appreciate the customer.

After reading recent reviews prior to arriving we were concerned and thought about changing location. However, it was not as bad as we expected. It could do with some TLC for sure, but it was clean and an enjoyable stay. I will say, it is too small for 8 people, so bear that in mind.

This unit is not well maintained. I texted the owner a long message of everything in the unit damaged to make sure nothing got pinned on us. After no response I messaged on VRBO and got a response that they did not receive my message so I sent it through VRBO to not get any reply. Only request we had was that they provide a mop as the rental does not have one for use and our feet were black after our second day at the condo. The floors were so bad I am sure it was just broom swept. The patio door does not lock and the bedroom door got locked and closed 2x as the door stop pushes the lock in when the door is open that if you don't check before you close it you lock yourself out. Good thing we had a pen to unlock it from the other side as our babies were in there napping. This place is a good location. The pool is nice and beaches close. Just find yourself another unit.

This place was very well equipped with all the necessities! Tupperware, zip locs, beach towels and toys, they thought of all the things! I wouldn’t say this place is fancy but it was clean and spacious, perfect for our vacation.

The add is seriously misleading and not recommended, The beds are full, NOT queen. 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole condo. There were only 5 towels for 8 people, 5 dining chairs, but 3 had broken legs and not recommended for larger adults. NO TV in the family/dining/common room. The loft and 1 bdrm had a TV but we had to buy batteries for the remotes. The other bedroom TV didn't work. The shower curtain was hanging by 2 rings, so we had to buy some and hang them. The smoke alarm fell but we didn't have tools to hang it back up. Piss ants in kitchen and bathrooms. The pans in the kitchen need to be replaced as they are hard to clean after using them. The bathroom mats were in the washer when we arrived and had mildewed so we purchased new ones. It was difficult to contact the owner. It took about 8 hours for her to reply and lives in CO so if anything needs to be replaced or fixed she is unavailable. The windows in the beds are permanently left open and no way to close them. Construction on site that was noisy starting at 6am.

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and felt safe and not overly commercialized. When we come back to Maui we are definitely staying in Kihei !

The property is not as nice as the pictures. It is very rundown and everything needs some TLC. None of the lights in the kitchen/living room worked well so we had to use a lamp the entire time. Whenever they did work, they would flicker on and off. The living room fan didn’t work and the doors leading out to the Lanai were very hard to open. I think they need to be replaced. There is also a bug problem. We had seen complaints of this from prior reviews but it was too late for us to cancel so we decided to keep the reservation anyway. While we were there, we were very careful not to leave food out and emptied out the garbage can often. Still, we found roaches in the kitchen, bathroom and in the loft. There was also construction going on next door during the day. We were gone most days but it made it hard to sleep in because they would start working at 7am. There was only one broken beach chair and not enough towels for 8 people. The location was great though. Central to all activities. So we will stay in Kihei again, just not here.

Upon initial entry, we were a little disappointed. The photographs make the condo appear nicer than it is. But it wasn’t terrible it just outdated and really needs a heavy cleaning, some updates and maintenance work. The property manager, Austin stopped by shortly after we got there. I don’t believe he was expecting us but he was very welcoming. Took inventory of things they needed to be fixed. He even offered (and brought over) an air mattress for my family sleeping in the loft (2 tall adults that didn’t quite fit the bunks) and offered his personal bassinet for the baby (however our baby has grown out of the bassinet stage). Cons: Overall just needs a good, deep clean. The pack n play is old (2011) and we couldn’t get it to latch correctly. We had Austin notify the condo owner that the pack n play was outdated (new safety guidelines were put into place in 2013). We ended up going out and buying a pack n play for our baby to sleep in. The condo owner declined our offer to refund $60 to keep the new, clean, working pack n play for the condo. The slider door doesn’t slide smoothly at all. It was extremely difficult to open and close. The lights flickered (dining) or just didn’t work (over the sink). The second bedroom gets hot and humid if you close the door at night even with the overhead fan and extra fans. (Better if you prop the door open to get some circulation/ac from the rest of the home) The shower downstairs did not have the shower curtains and the towel rod was off the wall. The glass door was missing handles. The tile can be very slippery as well so we had to put towels down. Missing smoke detectors/batteries for smoke detectors. The upstairs loft bathroom didn’t have a door. So there’s little to no place to get dressed/ready in privacy especially when adults are utilizing the space. Pros: Good location The lanai was so incredibly relaxing and beautiful. The greenery made it feel very private and serene. Nice pool Nice bbq space Good working AC in living area, loft and master bedroom. (Second bedroom does not have ac) Well supplied kitchen with all the supplies you could imagine for cooking/eating at the condo A good amount of fans available. Overall, with a few updates and elbow grease, this place has the potential to be amazing.

The location was good. The check in process fine. But when we got there, we noticed ants all over the condo. The property was also older than what appeared in photos. When we reached out to the owner, we were told to just go buy ant killer. The ants got worse and when I reached out again, was told she’d work on getting someone out there. Then we came home from dinner and threw something in the trash and roaches came out. At that point, we were done and reached out to see what can be done. That’s when she just stopped responding so we just left and checked into a hotel. We still haven’t heard from her. Horrible place. Would not recommend.

The owner was great and quick with responses and the location was ideal, but the condo was quite rundown. Lights (shower and dining room) didn't work, outlets were loose, the sliding doors wouldn't stay on the tracks, etc. Mostly just lots of deferred maintenance causing issues. Ants in the kitchen and dining room were a big problem. Had to go out and buy spray. Only two rolls of toilet paper, one of paper towels, and no bath mats were also inconveniences.
