This property will let you book, then cancel it the last minute. I booked almost 2 months prior to our vacation and on the day that we arrived at cebu, that's the only time they informed us that they are transferring us to another property. And it was so difficult to transact with them, I was asking for the 1 day refund, they agreed. They asked for my gcash number. And that's it! No refund was refunded!!! If there is a zero rating here I would rate them zero or even negative!
You are so unprofessional! I've been messeging you, texting the contact person named jovy and she's not even pickin up my call nor answering my texts! Very difficult to transact with you!

I didn't like everything. They canceled this booking on the date itself when my friends are already in the vicinity waiting for our room to be used but little did we know it was canceled by the ruthless owner even if it was paid on November 22, 2022, and the booking is for Jan 7, 2023.
The number cannot be reached as well so it adds up to my frustrations and I am very disappointed.
1. I could not reach the phone number of the unit owner
2. The number of the hotel added did answer my phone call but wasn't helpful
3. Cancelled booking
4. Refund did not reflect on my credit card as yet
5. I was frustrated with the inconvenience they caused me and my friends.
6. We were in the hotel waiting for nothing with bags full of loads and we are very tired from a very long trip just to come to a place of nothing
7. The unit owner did not even inform us ahead of, even at least a week of heads up so we can rebook. Or at least if he/she is sorry that there was an unforeseen repair of his/her unit, should have at least fully refunded me and done something to repay the worst experience he/she has caused us.
8. The unit owner did not even offer us someplace to stay to repay the inconvenience they caused us.
9. I am very disappointed and will never book this hotel again. I will never recommend the hotel itself.

The view and location.
I thought it’s a bigger room based on the description on what we’ve booked or a connecting room since we’re 5 guests in total but, we have 2 separate rooms and I don’t like the floor tiles in the shower room, it’s so slippery and it’s safe for kids and adults.

The view.
1. The condo is not totally clean.
2. Only queen size bed was in the property. There are no two single beds as advertise in booking.com.
3. The other two guest slept in the sofa bed.
4. There is no complete set of blankets and towel for the guests.

Nothing. The property contact person was even so rude.
i booked a room for four (4) people and we were only given 2 towels. i called the property contact person to ask for additional towel but she declined and said that every booking is allotted only 2 towels. And she was very rude. no matter how i tried to explain that my booking was for 4 person so there should be 4 towels! Water from the bathroom goes out to the hallway and they forewarned us when we were there already and they provided rugs to wipe the wet area. This is a great danger to the occupants. i feared for the safety of my 78 years old mother coz she might slip on the wet floor. There was no soap holder too. There was no free drinking water. it was really bad. The problem with the bathroom should have been fixed before they rent out the property. There was also a mattress but no bedsheet for the extra mattress. And the property charged 800 pesos for cleaning 🤬

The place is great for small gatherings , just enough space to move around. I like that it has a city view.
The place itself is nearby to establishments.
The shower room has no proper flow passage for water or stopper so it tends to flow outside the room leaving the floors slippery and wet.

The cleaning staff is very accommodating. She helped us find place to stay.
I don't know if it's the owner or one of the people who manages the place but he was quite rude. I remembered he told me that it's common sense to bring vaccination card coz all hotels, condo, commercial bldgs in whole Philippines requires it. I'm sorry but been travelling these days but the last time I was asked about vax card was last year. I was able to travel within and outside Cebu not until this incident. I never failed to communicate. I messaged here in booking and even called several times what things needed but no response. I was only asked my name and arrival time. I received the unit info ( around 2:30pm) a bit late. Then we found out that we're not allowed to stay coz my partner was not able to bring the vax card. Though we explained that we'll only leave our stuff, won't sleep in the evening coz we have work and he'll bring the vax card tom morning but still declined. Good thing, the cleaning staff suggested and reached out someone from horizons 101 to be catered there instead. It was really a hassle for us. We never failed to communicate with them but it seemed we were being blamed on this. Thank you! ( No photos since we were not able to stay in this place)
