Beds are great and the room is spacious. Room comes with a free mini fridge.
Bathroom is old and moldy and some of the staff are frigid.

This place is the worse. Pictures are so decieving. I went in and the shower stank like no other. I showered and almost threw because of the smell. I rented 2 rooms for myself and my daughter and she hated it. Well she's from the US so I understand but for me, and I live here in pinas now and it was still awful. I mean it's cheap but cmon. Don't do that. I want to use some words here. But I can't. And I don't think hotel is going to refund me my money. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Close to the airport. Easy transportation.
Bugs in room. Plaza the hotel is in has no stores left, they’ve all closed down.

Good location was just a temporary stay before the next flight.
Staff excellent we were going to miss breakfast but they packed sandwiches and drinks for us great service.

‘Boutique’ is probably a misuse of the word, and not applicable, but it is a pleasant hotel close to the airport and local shops and transport. Staff are welcoming and helpful and the rooms are large and comfortable. Meals are available in the restaurant and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport.
Meals were not always appetising, often too greasy. A wider range of meal options would be advisable, including more fresh fruit and vegetables.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good if you need to catch an early flight and/or are afraid of traffic.
Staff is very inattentive. You have to ask multiple times to get requests fulfilled that would usually be a no-brainer like having towels in your room or ordering breakfast. Breakfast was actually the worst I encountered in 5 weeks in the Philippines.

Breakfast was quite basic but okay. Location was good, quite near the airport. Shops and restaurants were close.
Air-conditioning was not really working so it was too hot to sleep. Reception was not open during night time. We asked discount but they did not give it even though the air-conditioning was not working. Had to ask towels twice because there was not in the room. You could hear a lot of traffic noise to the room.

Transportation issue.....sent message in advance for arrival late pick up...no show then tried calling nobody was answering..end up taking a private van. No internet in the room ..no hand towel provided in the bathroom

Great place to stay in Lapu-Lapu City. Lots of neaby shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. Good staff. Comfy rooms and yummy breakfast served.
Bathrooms could use improvement, door doesnt lock and no bidet.

The room is very spacious. They have free 1 way airport shuttle service. Wifi in every room. The location is very convenient. When.you go out theres outlet factory, 2 groceries and few restaurants. The staff are really nice too!
The wifi in our room has been wonky. Itll get connected then get disconnected after few minutes then it will say connected but no internet. The solution they gave us was the connected us to the empty guest room.next to ours. They only have 2 pillows. No bidet.

A bit furthered than expected from airport. 40 mins drive in jammed traffic 5:30 pm. Room needs better lighting. TV channels by set top box hard to navigate, most unsubscribed.
