The bathrooms lacked a degree of privacy

I liked how quiet and private it was. The rooms were very clean. Ruen and Orlie were very courteous and helpful. The white beach, although this property is not beachfront, was fairly accessible. The e-trike to areas in the island were also provided for free, and we didnt have a difficult time moving around. We were there for a wedding, and moving some things from the room to the reception (for pickup of the events planner) were a breeze. Room service was quick and very courteous (including staff from Charlie, their inhouse restaurant).

The breakfast food was disappointing. The menu was mediocre, the replenishment for some food was not made even if it was still early. The fruits served were not fresh (maybe prepared too early). For the price paid, I think much is expected for the breakfast menu, at the very least. For example, the corned beef quality was not good at all (and this is supposed to be a fairly simple viand to serve). It took a fairly long time to checkin and checkout. Checking in, I was served the welcome drink but had to wait (ended up eating in the restaurant while waiting because of the heat). Checking out, this lady (Sunday) just motioned for me to take a seat, and it took 20 minutes to settle everything (Orlie finalized my checkout for me). I dont know who is supposed to be settling checkouts but I expect that when you are in the front desk, a little smile and warmth is warranted. Although the reception of the hotel is huge, the overhead big fan does not really help during these summer months. It was sweltering during midday, when most guests are checking in or out. Additional fans should have been stationed throughout.

We enjoyed the service that they provide. The regular staff are very attentive to our needs. The ones in training have yet to step up to the plate. I commend Jhie and JR, both of them are very helpful and intuitive. The location is also a plus. Despite it being not at the beachfront, it has a direct access to and from the beach. Which makes things convenient. The steep staircase was worth it for not having to cross the street and head straight to the beach.

What got to us were the little things in the hotel. Our room's air conditioner remote control lost its batteries, the hallway was VERY noisy in some mornings despite us having hung the "Do not disturb" sign outside our door, some buttons of the room telephone can't be used, the door of the room do not close automatically as it should so there was one time we came home to an opened door because one of us didn't bother to pull the door behind us when we left, and the shower heater was inconsistent -- sometimes the water was too hot, sometimes it wasn't hot enough. Lastly, the buffet spread every morning for breakfast wasn't impressive at all. They served easy-to-cook viands, processed foods if you will. The congee was literally white rice cooked in water.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. Remembering my name and always willing to help. I was assigned a room on the first that I personally do not like they changed it .I had to whit about an hour for the room to be redy .I sat and had a beer when I was tolled that my room was redy my bags where already in my room.

it was raining everyday when we weee there. it was difficult to go from our room to the lobby without getting wet. the rain entered the staircase and my son slipped and fell because the hotel staff didn't dry up the floor.

the room was clean and a good size

The design of the room was terrible. The door to the toilet is glass and if you are staying as a couple or family then there is no privacy and people can see you on the toilet. The buffet breakfast is very basic which is ok but the quality of food is terrible. the free shuttle service which they advertise is almost impossible to book when you need it. some staff were amazing and some were really unhelpful. we ran out of toilet paper twice because room service forgot to refill. if you have a pram or wheelchair - Don’t stay at this property… stairs everywhere and apparently no rooms that don’t have stairs to them!

Horrible mold smell in the room. Did request to change room, but same smell 2 floors up. Looks like an issue. Breakfast was 5.5 out of 10. Not good.

nice rooms, nice pool area and just very well kept all around. the morning buffet was varied in option from day to day. the staff was very helpful with any requests. a short 2min walk and your at the station 1 beach. laundry service is very good and cheap aswell. room service 24/7.

it’s very minor, but we couldn’t smoke at our balcony because there’s a no smoking policy at the property. another minor thing would be that even though they offer free shuttle to the city, there was usually a waiting time of 20-45mins. but in those circumstances they could offer to call another which you had to pay, but it was normally 150pesos for a ride to the town centre. but we still think the place and staff was 10/10

The property was very clean and the location was good. Very near the beach. The staff was amazing!

I thought we would get a breakfast buffet but they offered us a la carte instead and we could choose to have it in our rooms or at the restaurant.

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted and assisted by the friendly staff. They were attentive to reasonable requests too. The place was quiet, private and safe, especially that I had young ladies with me, however, it is accessible, just a few happy steps to the beach and good food places. Filipino breakfast was also delish. An e-trike service was also available for an easy trip to D'mall. The pool was also the best place to rest and unwind after a full day of Boracay water activities! Thank you Pinnacle for helping make our Boracay trip unforgettable.

- The breakfast is terrible: very few choices, it never changes and when we arrived it was cold. We had to specify that the buffet should be warm (you shouldn’t even have to say it, it’s so obvious) - The pool is dirty: I stayed 2 weeks in this hotel and never was I brave enough to go into the pool cause the water is cloudy - The room doors won’t close properly so I had to specify to the people that clean the room to make sure they close my door. One time I came back at the end of the day, my room was literally open (with all my valuable belongings inside the room, luckily nothing happened) - I could go on and on (Oh and there is no hot water by the way) but I will keep this list short. Don’t waste your money and go to the Lind (the hotel just in front) that seem way better. They are a lot of things to improve in this hotel. However the staff was kind enough to listen to my complaints but I still left dissatisfied.
