The property manager charged $35 extra for early check-in even though there were no previous guests checking out the same day. Yet when the door lock's alarm went off and kept sounding off all night and kept the guests awake, they initially said they would look into giving credits for that. But they did not follow through.

The beach outside the door was beautiful but dirty and no public restroom.

The Room was older not up to date. The furnishings are old and dirty looking. The cleaner only spot cleaned prior to arrival. The third bedroom is very small no room for personal belongings. The dryer vented to the kitchen. The lower kitchen cabinets do not function. The kitchen is very small. The living room does not function for capacity. The vents for the air conditioning leak from condensation on to the floor. There is a major water leak at the front door. The front door has a tunnel slamming effect and is very dangerous for children near the door. The interior doors are wooden slats that offer no privacy or light filter. The balcony has an obstructed view. This was not a good property for a family vacation. The street out front is very loud. Racing up and down the street. Drugs being offered to people walking down the street. The beach offered no close restrooms just the room you rent. The beach is beautiful however has a ton of seaweed all over the beach and in the water. The chairs and umbrellas the room offers are old and not functional. The chairs and umbrella at the beach is very expensive. The room only has one place to park. The local paid lot is $5 every tie you enter the lot which adds up through out the day and evening.
