The front desk woman was extremely rude. I did not get her name .

Staff were great, the amenities and overall had a great experience. Someone did hit our rental in the parking lot and management was a little slow to react. But nonetheless, good overall experience.

Breakfast was repetitive, but you know what? its to be expected. A little more variety would have been solid. We're in Puerto Rico after all, with some of the best food on the planet. Showcase some of the local cuisine rather than basic American breakfast.

El personal del hotel era marvilloso, muy educados y agradables en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Incluyo en esto a absolutamente todo el personal de recepción, de habitaciones, de desayuno, de bar...absolutamente todos. Es una maravilla sentirse tan bien cuando se está de vacaciones. El happy hour era un must, pena que solo descubrimos que era gratuito dos díás antes de irnos. El gimnasio está muy bien equipado. El desayuno estaba muy bien, variando las opciones calientes todos los días. A pesar de estar al lado del aeropuerto, desde las habitaciones no se oía absolutamente nada. Muy buena insonorización. En general, una estancia maravillosa. MILLONES DE GRACIAS!

El aire acondicionado en el lobby está demasiado fuerte, hacía frío. El hecho de que no se usen platos normales en vez de los de papel, lo que ayudaría mucho a reducir los residuos y ser un poco más sostenibles.

The pool bar Gym There is 2 staff members I really liked one was a young guy at the pool bar that was teaching me how to make drinks. The other one worked in the front desk. He was also young and tall and funny and he really cared about about saying good morning and smiling and having small talks with me and my family.

When asking if they had chairs and and umbrella for the beach I had to walk about 5 blocks just to get to where they had the beach club. There was a beach on the other side here it should just be a minute walk. Then I don’t know if they had bugs in the room but I was getting bite up by a lot of bugs. Then when getting a car you have to pay 16 dollars a day when it should have been added to your stay. The food at the pool bar was way to pricey. Over all I didn’t like the stay.

The breakfast was good, and staff made sure the area was well maintained. Rooms were cleaned daily and maintained well. Very close to the beach.

The pool area struggled to stay clean. There was a dialer left in the jacuzzi and staff had to be told 5-6 times before it was addressed. Children often wasted the "happy hour" snacks in and around the pool, which took a long time to clean. Staff attitudes at the pool bar were less than inviting, but the food was excellent. I would not stay here again. Cleanliness is important to me

I liked the location of the hotel, in the fact that it wasn't far from the airport. I loved the daily breakfast and the variety of items to choose from. I loved the fact that I was able to get a late check out, due to me having a later flight.

The only thing that I would complain about are the pillows and the early closing of the pool. The pool should stay open until at least 11:00 pm. I suggest more firmness with the selection of the pillows, The bed was great, really comfortable, but the pillows not so great. I could not get comfortable.
