The view was beautiful and the people were very nice

The shower was not all that great, the WiFi kept having issues, we found someone else’s hairs in the room

The location is perfect! 10 mins away from airport, near supermarket, restaurants, and beach!:) I would recommend this place if you will stay in puerto rico if you want a comfortable and convenient place but don’t want to spend a lot of money.

Everything was very good

The location was great. We rented a car and were able to go to the places we wanted to see. The location is residential/tourist. In other words, we saw other tourists, but also saw pilots and flight attendants checking in. There was ample security. It felt like a safe place. The beach was very nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. When we opened the door my kids said, "Wow!" because the place was large and so clean.

It couldn't be helped, but the pool was closed for repair or maintenance. The owners went above and beyond and gave us the name and location of another pool closeby that we could use if we wanted to.

The pool is still closed. they say they are working on it but I didn’t see anything being done. The room I stayed in had bed bugs and I got ate up all 4 nights. when requested a refund the manager stated he will wait upon inspection from treatment appointment. however, how do we know, as visitors, that they don’t have some kind of deal going on with the people who come and inspect ? I wore jeans when I went out the first night and didn’t have ANY bites. I woke up to bites all over my shin. the second night, I bought bug spray and went out and I was fine before going to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night due to itchy ness and my legs were BITE up!!!! I then reached out and they couldnt relocate me. ALSO this is inside the ESJ tower apt which doesn’t say here because they are KNOWN for BED BUGS! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will fight till the end for this refund because not only do I look NASTY with all these bites, they itch. they hurt. I had to throw away all my NEW summer / vacation clothes and it’s just unfair !

The location was great! We were right off the beach and right down the street from CVS, restaurants, and late night bars; a 20 min drive to Old San Juan. The value, style, and size of the apartment was perfect for seven people. It was very chic. And we loved the balcony.

It would've been nice if the pool/cafe/gameroom were operational, but that's more of a building issue rather than unit issue. Additionally, the shower in the larger bathroom took awhile to heat up.

The entire property and condo was absolutely wonderful. And not only that, the property manager was extremely receptive and attentive to my families needs.

Good Location, Has a wow view and the cleanliness was great.

The Bed was not comfortable for sleeping for a good night rest. Had difficulties sleeping the first night until 5am. One side of bed was colder because of AC.

Perfect location, is super clean and has an amazing view. Restaurants are within walking distance. Close to the airport.

location is excellent, right on the beach and had a suite with plenty of room for 5 and an amazing ocean front view. liked having a kitchen.

the Kitchen is has few pans which made it difficult to prepare meals. It was pretty clean but a little dated. not having a working pool on site was a disappointment and not clearly communicated ahead of time.

It was a unique experience, excellent location, a super incredible view with direct access to the beach, and super clean.

I have stayed here before; this time I brought my family. The pool is under renovation, but the host gave us access to a nearby pool in close proximity. It actually worked out perfectly for my children, as it has a kids water park. We got to hang out by the pool while still able to keep an eye on them. The room was clean, well equipped, and had a fascinating view of the ocean.

The room is exactly what the pictures show. Great view. The host made sure we had everything we needed. Do recomend!

Check in at late night has little staff support. Parking was not clear. House flooring was not clean. Couldn't walk barefoot.

The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we need it. Right in front of the beach and close to everything. I loved the communication with the host.
