Esperienza ospite a 5 stelle! Servizi per bambini. 15 minuti dalla I-81 e 3 minuti dalla I-26, e nel centro della città. Questo Cozy Boho Condo ha un comodo letto King! 50 "ROKU TV 4K nel soggiorno. Letto completo nella seconda camera da letto w / un bagno completo. Entrambe le camere hanno il proprio bagno completo.
Facile giro in bicicletta o una breve passeggiata per il negozio di alimentari, benzinaio e fast food, come tutti sono a meno di un isolato di distanza !!
Viaggiare con i bambini:
Forniamo un pack-n-play e passeggino su richiesta. Inoltre, l'armadio nella camera da letto principale si adatta a un Pack-n-play, quindi è come avere una terza camera da letto. I giocattoli per bambini sono nell'armadio. Inoltre, su richiesta, siamo in grado di fornire uno zaino da trekking che puoi portare in grembo un bambino / bambino mentre cammini sui Monti Appalachi. "Metropolitan Kiwanis Park" è a meno di 3 minuti da questo appartamento ed è un ottimo posto sicuro dove portare i bambini a giocare!

Asciugamani / shampoo / sapone / e altri articoli gratuiti per il bagno sono forniti. Il materasso Queen Air con confortevole topper in memory foam è disponibile. Caminetto Cucina completamente attrezzata.

Condo was clean and it’s close to alot of eating places, grocery store next door. Owner has supplied extras like shampoo and cream rinse and lotions, very nice, goody basket when you check in. Second time there and will stay again.

This is a great location if you are visiting ETSU and close to restaurants and shopping. Property manager communication is top notch with quick response. We enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I and our adult son stayed here and found the property to be perfect for the three of us. It was very spacious, comfortable, and safe. The hosts were great in communicating with us, too. Our only complaint (and the reason for 4 stars) is the bed in the primary room was not very comfortable.

Comfy and Quiet
Location is great! Easy access to the mall, downtown, grocery stores and much more. A very nice place truly did feel like home with a comfy environment and the area is super quiet! Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

The property was just what me and my two children needed for a long weekend in Johnson City near family. Convenient, clean and had just the right comforts of home. Nice to have the two full bathrooms so my adult children could both get ready at the same time…no arguments. Lol.

My husband and I rented this condo in town so we could visit my sister and her husband and her two married daughters. The location was excellent. Since it was wintering it might be icy and snowy, we didn't want to be on the outskirts of town.. It is close to all kinds of shopping which we appreciated. The decor is lovely in the house and the kitchen is well stocked. We really liked the code on the door as we didn't have to bother with keys. It was super clean as well! We think you will enjoy this place. We did.

Visiting my Sister's family
My husband and I rented this condo in town so we could visit my sister and her husband and her two married daughters. The location was excellent. We had a very pleasant experience at our VROB in Johnson City this past week. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and clean and nicely decorated. My only wish is that the fireplace had been working. Everything else was great including the proximity to the upscale Food City for our groceries!
