Cleanliness and accessibility
I hope we can cook inside the property next time. This is important especially when we choose just to stay inside and bond. Our family bonding is cooking and eating.

The location did not specify that the swimming pool is very far from the condo unit and parking area. The swimming pool has no facilities for dining, so if you have children, that can not be left alone, you will have to leave with your child and get food. Swimming pool should be specified very clearly that it is charged extra on per person and per day basis. There is a whole confusion on how to get to the unit, because there are many other buildings named similarly. I am sure the host tried her best. The arrival was planned well. It is actually the information that booking.com posts that is incomplete, misleading/unclear and therefore makes the stay not a very pleasant one.
Booking.com charged/debited the credit card MORE than the agreed price without my express/written/prior approval. This can't be blamed on the credit card or bank, because the credit card is based in same location and there was no change in currency. It is difficult to solve, because the chat assistant is not available and when they did reply by email, they give an email address that is already expired (and it is not even 24 hours from the time they sent the email address). Room - it was clean and nice
Bedroom - comfy with extra bed (as per requested)
Wifi - perfectly working, we liked to watched movie at night. Netflix also provided by the owner.
Kitchen - Need improvement
Bathroom - hot shower is working, toilet paper and towel was provided which is nice.
Location - better when you have a car, it's easy to access to the supermarket, restaurant and many more. If none, you can always use Jeepney and ask the driver where do you want to go. It's cheaper to ride a Jeepney than E-trike (electric bike) And it's a good feeling to be a local tourist.

You can't even cook at the kitchen, only rice cooker, microwave and electric kettle.
For the swimming pool it's quite expensive for 150 pesos per pax and you can only use the pool for 1hr/30 mins. It's a bit sad because my kids want to use the pool but I dont like to pay for the short period of time that they can only swim.

The room is very clean. Once you enter the room you can smell the good fragrance. Very nice bed where you can sleep comportably.Clean bathroom. Very recommendable.

maybe the location of being at the back and you need to go up when you need to buy something at the supermarket or something to eat since it’s in the front of SMDC

The entire SMDC Place was awesome, accessible, great value for money and great place to relax. The host was indeed helpful, easy to communicate with. While with the caretaker, she was more helpful, she guide us upon check in and handles the key, the wifi password, and other things related in our stay. she was great..
I think, the one that should be improve was the shuttle that goes around per tower since the parking was too far (clubhouse and tower A).

Location has superb strategic locations for the nearby establishment like restaurant, malls and other tourist area.
Parking area location is so far from our tower.. there are a lot of parking space near the perimeter or possible in the basement. This should be utilize for the ease of the guest. They are paying for parking space. Unless it is full parking on the basement or perimeter of the building, they can advise parking in the clubhouse. Parking fee and rate also is unacceptable, its too high and good for 24hrs only, it should be within the period of stay. Refer to the hotel policy for improvement
