Everything was fine but they need an area for smokers

This place is cozy and nice. It's clean and organized. If ever in town again I would definitely stay again

We loved staying in the little red barn mainly because it was a little red barn. But also, the hosts were very responsive to questions and provided a list of restaurants to check out. Also it is easy to walk into town from the barn.

Easy and no fuss

Overall experience was great! Owners were kind and made themselves avaliable for any needs we might've had. The location was close to the local shops and Main Street. My wife and I would definitely come back in the future.

Truly enjoyed the stay. The 'barn' is very roomy, clean, & comfortable. The kitchen area made it nice for breakfast and when we decided to stay in for the evening. My wife really enjoyed the coffee bar. The location is convenient to downtown and restaurants. The TV reception was glitchy in the evening but the streaming options were nice.

Fantastic property. The owners are really great this house is one of the best VRBO we have rented. They pay attention to detail with shampoo, and conditioner, sugar, and coffee etc. More like being at home. The roof top patio is also a nice perk. House is outside of Sedona but was perfect because it was not crowded and there is not a lot of traffic- be prepared to hit tons of traffic in uptown/downtown Sedona. We would definitely stay again.

A very cozy will equip place. Wonderful location!! Chickens flew the coop, so right now no eggs, but don’t let that stop you just know right now we did not see the chickens. It felt more like a king size bed then Queen. Very comfortable. We have family in Boerne, so hopefully we get to stay there often.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the red barn look on the outside and the inside was a relaxing atmosphere that clean and cozy. Its not far from the downtown shopping district of Boerne and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We even saw a few deer while we were there! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the barnhouse!! The best part was the visits by Oreo, the dog next door!

The Little Red Barn was clean, well appointed, charming, and the location was convenient to everything I needed to do in Boerne. Wonderful room and location. TV has been upgraded (larger) since our last stay which was nice. Tried to work remotely from room but struggled with slow internet. Fresh chicken eggs are fantastic. We’ll be back.

This was the cutest place ever! It was decorated to the TEN’s. Everything you needed was there, down to shampoo/conditioner, body wash an array of K-cups (coffee) and fresh farm eggs from the chickens out back. Perfectly located, close to bakeries, restaurants and lots of shopping. Will definitely look up the little red barn again the next time we are out in the hill country. Thanks again Scott and Catherine for a lovely stay.

The Little Red Barn was fantastic! The owners respond to questions in a timely manner. It is as advertised. For my personal taste, the bed is too firm. The bed does squeak like a prior review mentioned, but it was not bad for me since I don't move a lot at night. They have updated the T.V. to a bigger screen above the refrigerator which was nice to see. Their dog came to visit several times and was a welcome companion to me. It did not bother me that the pool was not available to use because the owner clearly states that in the description. It was nice to sit on the porch to have my coffee in the morning and just be able to enjoy the view. There was a problem with the A/C when I got there and they promptly got it fixed by the evening. I would definitely return in the future.

The barn house was very cute . And clean well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels . It is in town on a dead end street .it is right beside owners house. We went to bed the first night rolled in the middle of bed the frame centerpiece of bed frame was on the floor . I got up text owner . We couldn’t sleep in the bed . It had two couches but one a leather one . when you sit on it you sink on back side to bar . The other was a older style couch very low to floor thin cushions . So we didn’t get much sleep . The owner came to fix bed the next day while we were out. The bed would squeak when you turned over that was scary .,The rug on the floor in bedroom was stained in places as was a matching set of chairs. They had a beautiful back porch that was steps from their pool in the back yard ( not to used by guest ) with nice grill . Table and chairs . But wasn’t comfortable about sitting and using it because of 6 children playing in pool .they had quest over 4th . They had a lil sign about help your self to fresh eggs . We thought it was just a decoration but when you open the blinds at the dining table you looking inside a small chicken pen with chickens attached to this barn . A storage place with bikes kayaks etc . The other window to look out by bed was of your parking space and trash cans . The tv was Apple TV we didn’t know until the last night, there was a book of movie dvds under a end table. We went to Walmart and bought movies . . If the furniture was updated and had a comfortable bed it would help a lot. Because it was a cute roomy place . And people need to know that most shops stores are closed mon - wed . We were there Sun - thurs .

We were in town for an event, didn’t want a hotel. It was nice that we were able to feel like we were home. We prefer to cook our own meals so having access to a kitchen was a plus. The place was nice, central location and the owner made is feel welcome. The chickens were adorable and we couldn’t hear them inside as I thought we were. Wish we could have access to pool because you can’t miss when you wake up in the morning. Other than that it was a beautiful VRBO and we’d definitely come back again!

Five Stars in every way! If you’re traveling to Boerne, Texas, please treat yourself to this spot of Heaven on earth!! We came to Texas for my son’s wedding. I needed a kitchen to bake the wedding cake…this place helped me achieve my goal. Thank you!!

Property was exactly as portrayed in listing, quite setting at end of road, convenient parking, and fresh eggs for morning breakfast. Owners communication was done via VRBO and text with instructions for property use. The Red Barn was stocked well and when the grill ran out of propane I notified owner (text) and it was filled the next day ready for use. The bed was comfortable and facility was clean . If we return to the area we would be more then happy to book another stay.

Loved staying here! My wife & I were only in town for two days, but the barn was a perfect location in Boerne. Hosts were communicative & everything seemed exactly as shown in the pics/description. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Exceptional value for a wonderful property. The place is nicely upgraded, super clean and spacious. The loft would be perfect for older kids that can handle the ladder stairs or perhaps for adults that “want to get away” from the kids. :). Spacious living area with multiple couches and AC unit if needed. There were an assortment of K-Cups for the Keurig machine and we loved the fresh eggs and the soft clucking of the hens in the morning. They’re actually quite quiet (no rooster wake up calls). Also, the location is great as it’s at the end of street so back of unit facing trees and only a short drive from Main Street where there are a lot of boutique shops and restaurants. We also drove to Fredericksburg for some shopping and wine tasting and then San Antonio for the Riverwalk walk. Both were about a 40 minute drive from the room! Perfect!! The only negative is that the TV is small and sits on top of the fridge but it worked for us as we we were out enjoying the town anyway. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to the area.
