Great location in the heart of everything, lots of shops, massage places and markets around. The owner is realy friendly and accommodating. All beds have sockets to charge your devices, personal light and a curtain for some privacy. Our room didn't have a window but the A/C was doing a great job, slept like a baby.

Located just a shy 5mins walk away from Kata Main street but it's still relatively quiet at night. Apparently, the roof top pool bar next door is popular among the party seekers. Check in process is easy and was allowed early check in as my room was ready. Luggage deposit is also available. Room is clean and comfortable, facilities are in working conditions. In room key operated mini locker available for valuables. Complimentary coffee tea, 2 x bottled water and beach towels every day. In house motorbike rental is subjected to availability, no cash or passport deposit required. Main entry door is locked passed late hours, guests were advised to lock after entering if returning late. Generally, the place feels safe and secured. The owners live in at ground level, very welcoming and helpful, giving the stay experience a close personal touch.

WiFi is strong enough for basic usage. For those seeking high speed streaming, you are probably on the wrong holiday. Shower strength may deem weak to some, but I'm happy to get warm showers. The music crowd from the roof top pool bar is an alarm telling you are sleeping in too late. The soon to complete construction by the resort opposite may create some noise during the day, but it would not bother the majority heading out early and coming back late exploring the sunny beautiful Phuket.

A fabulous little haven away from the overwhelming streets of Phuket. A great place to return to and relax. Quiet,comfortable- and use of a lovely rooftop pool next door. Truly wonderful family - very helpful with transfers etc. And even stepped in to provide a taxi service when none were available. Very grateful and would highly recommend.

Family were so kind and considerate and took me for a free tour around the area and recommended local places to eat and go. Felt at home, would thoroughly recommend.

The hosts, Mama and Tom, were SO welcoming and even gave us a tour around the area and always offered assistance. The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from Kata Walking Market, a great restaurant called Orchid House just around the corner, Kata Beach about a 10 minute walk away. Very comfortable room with a clean bathroom and good AC. They brought us new cold drinking water every day and had beach towels for our use, every detail was above and beyond. We could have stayed much longer than 3 nights. It was the most relaxing part of our trip to Thailand.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The stuff was kind, friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. Overal the accommodation 10/10 and can recommend it.
