Beautiful Luxury Townhome at Loon Mountain South Peak in Lincoln NH
Situato a zona di villeggiatura di lusso del Loon Mountain Peak, questo splendido, pet-friendly 4 camere da letto 3. 5 condominio bagno stile residenza si trova sulle rive del fiume Pemigewasset. Forniamo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, tra cui tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani, lavanderia e attrezzature da cucina / sala da pranzo.

La zona pranzo / soggiorno dispone di un camino a gas e con accesso al balcone con vista mozzafiato sul fiume. Adiacente al soggiorno è un comodo bagno di servizio.
Due delle quattro camere da letto sono anche sul piano principale. Una camera da letto dorme due o tre con un letto a castello (doppio sul fondo, doppia in alto). La seconda camera da letto al piano principale offre un letto queen size. Entrambe le camere del piano principale condividono un bagno completo con vasca / doccia e ampia zona trucco. C'è un mezzo bagno sotto le scale.

I restanti due camere da letto si trovano su una breve rampa di scale. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size con un nuovo materasso viola, TV UHD, un sacco di spazio armadio, una splendida vista sul fiume e un ampio bagno privato con doppio lavabo, vanity contatore granito, ampia doccia, vasca da bagno e un separato water closet. La seconda camera da letto al piano superiore ospita un letto matrimoniale, piccola TV e un bagno privato completo. Troverete anche una full size lavatrice e asciugatrice HD al piano di sopra.

Loon Mountain ha inoltre sviluppato un divertente ed emozionante parco avventura con linee zip, trampolini, sfida da golf e altro ancora. Ristoranti e la comodità espansive al dettaglio di Lincoln sono raggiungibili a piedi direttamente attraverso il fiume.
Altre attrazioni sono molto vicini, come il cinema, minigolf, e un parco acquatico. Oppure fai un giro sulla panoramica Rte 112, l'autostrada Kancamagus fino a Conway ed esplora le meraviglie delle White Mountains.

My family (5 adults, 3 children) had a fantastic time at this townhouse. Lots of room for everyone and the location worked very well for what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this rental. Hope to stay here again when we visit NH. Thanks again Dave.

Our stay was beautiful. The townhome was extremely clean, beautiful view and so cozy! Dave was great stayed in contact our entire stay! Loved the location! We will be booking here from here on out! Best place we have stayed in NH! I have been coming up here for 38 years and this by far is the most beautiful. Very impressed with the cleanliness!

This was our third year at Loon and by far the best condo. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the Timbertown Quad, which never has a line and has a few good beginner runs. You can also ski over to the main mountain and a shuttle runs daily. So we didn’t really use our car and the kids could easily take a break fro skiing.
The condo itself was completely equipped and super clean. Dave was available to answer a question or two.
Outdoor hot tub is a couple minute walk and was never crowded.
Overall, five stars. We’ll be back!

Our stay there a year ago was perfect. Loved it so much we booked for January. This time was disappointing. Found out the morning of arrival that the fireplace wasn’t working. Owner was busy so couldn’t look into it. We were there for 3 nights. Also the garage is listed as a parking spot. Was told the garage door was broken and had to park a car over at hotel. He never offered a credit to our account. The location is perfect especially if you’re skiing. Beautiful home and fully stocked kitchen. Dave is quick to respond. Would recommend even with the two issues we experienced .

The property was excellent, close to the slopes, close to town. The hot tub was an exceptional bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Dave was very helpful during the reservation process. We would stay again if we were back in the area.

We needed a place for three families, including 5 kids ranging 3 months to 9. This was perfect! The place was immaculate and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat, bedrooms with room for air mattresses (provided in 3 of the bedrooms!) stocked kitchen, very short drive to restaurants and hikes, and the big kids enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It had everything you would need to stay for a week. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and pots and pans for a large family. It also is walking distance or short ride to the center of town. Just a short ride to Loon Mountain along a back road thru the development. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful long weekend in Dave’s condo with my family and our dog. The condo was clean, well appointed, quiet and the perfect size for my husband and I, my sister and 2 young adult kids and their SO’s. Dave is an excellent communicator, answered every inquiry quickly and provides a ton of useful info about the condo before checking in. One of the best things was keeping the window open on the cool evenings and listening to the Pemi right behind the condo. The trail that runs behind the condo is a great, easy hike too. Def recommend this property and plan to stay again. Thanks for your hospitality Dave, we all had a great time!

We stayed here for a wedding that was at Indian Head Resort. Great location with everything around you. Venue was only 8 minutes away. Great to be able to stay all together as a family.

We were in Lincoln over Labor Day Weekend for a family wedding at Loon. We were thrilled with the rental of this unit! The four bedrooms and three baths made getting ready a breeze! It’s location is perfect-close to the Pemi and the sound of the river from the Master Bedroom was wonderful to hear! It truly is perfect in every sense! Our host was an outstanding communicator and our stay and departure seamless!

We have stayed in this house 2 summers in a row, and had wonderful experiences both times! The house was clean and comfortable, and close to everything. Check in/check out was very easy. We can’t wait to stay here again next summer!

I had picked this condo initially because I had stayed in a similar one in the same building years ago. You have the river viewable from back porch, and easy access to all the restaurants and stores near Loon mountain.
The condo itself is very roomy, and everything is modern and clean. The couches in the living room were especially comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, with modern appliances and everything you need to make whatever you want. We only stayed a couple of nights, so we mostly ate out, but I would definitely utilize the kitchen more if we were staying longer.
The beds were pretty comfortable, and I didn't hear complaints from anyone in our party. We were all exhausted both nights and slept great. My advice is to open the window just a little so you can get that soothing sound of the river behind the building.
My wife and I slept in the master bedroom and I have to say, one of the highlights is how nice the master bath is. Water closet, dual sinks, tub and separate shower. All very nice and gave us plenty of room for both of to get ready at the same time.
Just one note for any families staying here. Not a criticism, but something to note. The kid's bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) is on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. If your plan is to put the kids to bed and have the adults continue conversation in the parlor, then you will need to be whisper quiet. At least, if your kids are all under 6 years like ours were!

Our study was great. Our entire adult group of 7 had a comfortable stay. The place is very well equipped; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The living room leather couches - which were all power recliners were great. Every room had a box of tissues and bathrooms had shampoo.
I’ve stated at a lot of rentals and this was one of the nicest and equipped. We all appreciated that every room had luggage stands so you’re not dealing with luggage on the floor.

Dave was so responsive to any questions we had . The directions about the place is very thorough. The house is immaculate, and the sound of the river was just amazing. Plenty of space and privacy for a family . Walking to the river is a huge bonus, and we had so much fun . The location is great , and we enjoyed Loon as well . We made some wonderful family memories to last a lifetime !

We traveled with our adult children to the area to hike in the White Mountains. This property was extremely clean, very comfortable, and the perfect location. Close enough to get to the restaurants and trails, yet secluded from all the traffic! Dave was wonderful to work with and very responsive! Would highly recommend this home!

Loved the spacious, beautiful and fully equipped condo nestled in the New Hampshire mountains! The accommodations were perfect for our family and the scenery, restaurants, and outdoor activities made this a wonderful getaway!

We stayed here from Friday thru Monday for our daughters graduation from Plymouth State University. The house exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a nice family dinner to celebrate. My favorite spot was the patio overlooking the Pemi river. It was so peaceful having my morning coffee listening to the water before everyone else got up. The location is absolutely perfect and you should definitely stay here!!!

The house was amazing and so close to the mountain, my kids skied the escape route at the end of the day and walked back to the house! Dave was an awesome host, communication was fast and helpful! We hope to be back next year!
