Small plain room, which was clean

The location was OK in that it's close to the mountains. Showers are hot and powerful and it's clean.

No air-conditioning. No fridge or kettle in the room. No bottles of drinking water. Breakfast doesn't start until 9am. The food is terrible and expensive. The staff are unpleasant and not very helpful. The location is quite but you can here the noise from other people staying there. There's no other places nearby to eat. Wifi is terrible. There's no view from the room.. they hang their laundry right across the front of the window.. there's no view anyway and no privacy. Overall value for money was very poor.

The setting and the grounds were spectacular. The Falcon Show is unique and amazing. Paul is a rare person who understands what will make remember the trip. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. People don't realize that this is a bird sanctuary and it is rare opportunity to stay in a place like this and understand birds... like Falcons, vultures, owls and golden eagles. The bus service is excellent. Bus No. 28 takes you from right outside the hostel to the centre of town.

It's fine for a calm stay close to nature..

They can include a electric tea kettle and glass in room.

Very nice hotel right at the entrance of the Ile-Alatau Park. Very comfortable and staff was very helpful (the google position is wrong, but they sent us correct posotion very quickly).

The location was excellent. Near the mountains and away from the bustle of the city. The city is a cheap taxi away. The restaurant staff (NurSultan and his friend) were especially helpful. Paul, the falconer, is very entertaining to talk to too

The room floor could have been swept, a kettle with tea/teacups would also have been good. A mini fridge to store food.

the hotel far from city. very near to national park between mountains you can feel nature there. also they have some birds horses and dogs my children loved birds.

they can not speak english, this issue common in kazakhstan.

In room hot water tanks a little small.
