Everything went smoothly for an overnight stay. An altered flight time meant that we didn’t get to use all of the available facilities but the check in was easy, there was a washing machine and good breakfast options up the road.

This self catering flats are very well located, in the center of Windhoek and in easy access. The private parking place is in front of the building, but with a guard. Internet works well and the rooms have space as well as the kitchen. And it has a balcony. Staff is available to solve any issue that you may have.

The pace is a bit ran down. Do not expect everything working and unfortunately previous guests have used badly the equipment in the kitchen and also the wardrobes. It is sad to see that a nice place can be so damaged by guests without any care. I am sure the property could improve the place, but most likely to be again misused.

Superb location. Close to town and all local amenities. Clean and very spacious aparment.

The room was very big and I was offered the chance to have my laundry done free of charge which was very nice of them.

It was very noisy at times, sometimes other guests and sometimes from neighbouring properties.

The apt was a nice surprise, we weren't expecting much but was blown away by how spacious and clean it is, definitely would recommend staying here.

It oddly had 2 irons but no iron board and could have had a tea towel to dry up dishes but other than that the apt is fantastic.

Everything! It was all perfect. Will use it again. And will definitely promote it with our family and friends.

Maybe a carpet on the tiled floor of the lounge, to counter the winter cold.

The apartment is suuuuper spacious, comfortable, and safe. Location in centre is perfect for getting anywhere with taxis. Little cafe downstairs has delicious food and drink! The reception is v responsive over WhatsApp. We had a great stay and would recommend it 100%!

Wifi usually fine but sometimes only social media would work and other websites wouldn’t load. It only ever lasted a few hours tho before it was back to normal!

Great size apartment. Perfect location.

The apartment was definitely not cleaned before we checked in. The reserved parking for tenants clashes with the cafe below the apartments. Kitchen sink was blocked. Toilet did not flush properly. Had to flush 3-4 times.

The toilet did not flush well. Had to wait for cistern to fill up and flush again. Up to three times. One of the sinks in the kitchen were blocked. Moreover, the floors/carpets were not cleaned before we checked in.
