The house is lovely in a very quiet area and close to the beach. The house is also really well furnished with style and everything necessary. The hosts are kind and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The few downsides are that the roads around are not great, there were quite a lot of old things left at the back of the house in the garden and the space for relaxation was limited.

The location is perfect - quiet and remote, far from any noisy establishments and really relaxing. Should one decide to go clubbing or explore other amusements in Varna, it takes only 15 minutes by car. There are perfect beaches nearby (only 10 minutes walk through the forest) or 10 minutes drive. The local restaurants are really affordable and offer good service and excellent food - there are a few right on the beach and some in interesting locations around the area. We had the most amazing welcoming at arrival with detailed explanation of the facilities in the property and the neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful, but not intrusive and we even received a birthday gift.

The only thing that could be improved in the Garden House is maybe a bigger lounge area where guests can relax in sofas after a day spent on the beach or wandering around Varna.

We searched for a place to retreat and relax after 3 months of being locked in and we are really, really happy we found Garden House! Everything was amazing, we had peace and quiet, an amazing view of the Black Sea in the morning and evenings and of the ships waiting to dock in the port of Varna. The house is perfect for a couple, a family with 2 kids or maybe two couples who get along well. There aren't many houses around so silence is something that should be written as a bonus 😀. The best amenities were the dishwasher, coffee machine with beans, washing machine and the yard with a ripe fig tree. Also, the fact that everything was sparkling clean and we felt we should keep it that way. Oh, and also the many friendly cats which we played with although we prefer dogs. There is a beach 5 min from the house by foot with nice water and plenty of space to sit without being crowded. You can go to several less popular beaches within 15 to 30 min of driving and if you're lucky you can almost have the entire beach for yourself. There is a pool, a jacuzzi etc. but we didn't feel the need to use them as we had easy access to the sea. All in all, we highly recommend the house and we will come back again even for a weekend if not surely for a week in the summer, but apart from the house we will surely come back for the hosts. They are one of the best hosts we've had in all our travels and I can honestly say they are no 1! They always checked in on us to see if we need anything or how we are doing. They recommended us some of the best beaches we've been to at the Black Sea and we even ended up spending a couple of evenings sharing stories, local wines (ours and theirs) and getting to know each other better. We felt like spending time with friends and they made us feel very good. It's very obvious from the first interactions that they put a lot of passion in this and they prefer quality over quantity when it comes to guests.
