Clealness, location, and assist from the owner

It was a very comfortable room, warm, cozy and comfortable bed. The room pretty new, clean and spacious for 3 ppl. The kitchen is small but well equipped for the stay for us for 1 night. We had free capsule coffee, was really nice. The host put some small chocolates for all us as a kind gesture. We walk around 2.7 km from the apt. into the old town. The walk was nice and we do enjoy the walk which is not a problem for all of us. In short, it's a place we would choose to come again, just perfect for the night (1-2 nights would be just nice there).

The only difficulty at first was to find our room as there are several rooms and specific door to get in. We were a little lost at the beginning but the host was there and came to help us. Just nice ! But that is considered just a slight inconvenience for us which is very ok

Great location for what we needed, easy bus stops, very clean and comfortable.

There is no washing machine or dryer as stated.

The room is big and all the facilities are very new and well maintained. The checkin and checkout are convenient. The kitchen is the highlight.

Everything well done

They do not serve breakfast, but we can cook so it is cost efficient. The room is very clean and spacious than expected so it was very comfortable especially with kids running around the room.

The booking could have indicated exactly the room name or number because when we arrived in the courtyard, no one is there and we have to look around the property to check where could our room be until the owner came out and directed us to our room.

the property was clean and easy to get to by bus. The apartment had utensils and equipment to cook meals with.

I found the instructions to locate the property a little bit confusing. It took us a good 10 minutes to work out where the apartment was once we reached the complex.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was spotless clean, very quiet and in a nice location, a few minutes away from the city center. The check in process was easy and efficient. The wi-fi worked well. We'd definitely recommend this place.

The room was clean, everything we needed was available. The bed were comfortable. The host was responding whenever help was needed and it was easy to get the keys. All informations was available in the room. The apartment is the exact same as the pictures.

the host was excellent, property was very spacious and had everything you could want or need, comfortable and in a good location for buses or to walk into the city, host provided some brochures in the property if we wanted ideas of things to do.

Very spacious place, made it very comfortable & easy to cook. It's also very close to bus stop which will take you straight into town. About 30 minute walk into the city.

Bright and clean apartment. Nice small kitchen and a really nice bathroom. No noise from the street. Fast replies from the rental company.

The garden was unfortunately closed off and there was noise from the small building site from one of the other apartments and from asfalt repairs in the driveway.

Location was close to city centre.. 20 min walk or bus stop just 2 min walk..

Pillows were very flimsy ☹️

Big apartment and good location (3 minutes driving from the center of Innsbruck). It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay there. I recommend it to every family or group of friends who want to visit this city!

Location - easy access to city centre and tourist destinations, cleanliness and well maintained.

Expected basic cooking ingredients like sugar, salt, tea/coffee sachets when we have a built-in kitchen.
