We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us and our family of seven persons, including a 3 year old child. The house was suitably spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Especially the washingmachine and dryer, since we arrived the house after a long roadtrip. The place gave us a perfect and relaxing end to our vacation in the US. Outside, garden and pool was very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The service provided by the manager, was promte and very satisfying. We will without hesitation recommend Botanical Waterfront Paradise!

The house was clean upon arrival along with the beautiful back yard, The beds where all comfortable with great sheets and the Bathroom towels where definitely high end. The area had a grocery store 1 mile away and close to the beaches and not far from Highway 95. Will definitely stay at this Gem again!!!!

This house was large, decorated nicely & perfect for 6 adults & 2 kids!! We were able to relax & go swimming in the backyard pool. Loved the 3 ensuite bathrooms. We all had privacy. Located close to Pompano beach & Publix. We'd stay here again for sure!

Some what disappointed. Pictures are not of current condition of backyard. Furniture is falling apart, pillows tattered and dirty, landscape over grown, trash under bushes. Outdoor grill would not light and did not heat well. Pool was only cleaned one time during our week stay and was green on the last day, also has no working lights for evening swim. One of the water features in yard not working, all green and funky! No dish cloths or towels in kitchen very, very basic supplies. There were no trash bags for trash, one roll of toilet paper and no soap other than liquid hand soap. Refrigerator is not working well, ice and water dispenser did not work and temperature in fridge was barely kept water cold. No hand towels or wash cloths for bathing. The overall property is nice but could use a few updates. The management company is not doing a great job! Wrong trash days listed as well as wrong network information. Tried to reach out with no response. Glad we did not have any real emergencies!!

When approaching the property, the outside was nice and clean. Entering inside the home it was very basic. Below are the observations:
1. The refrigerator dispensers are covered with black mold, which is a major health hazard!!
2. no face towels

4.No extra linen
5.Only two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom (which isn’t enough for a week stay for a family of 6 or more)
6.No cleaning supplies (garbage bags, disinfectant spray, etc)
The pictures online of the home do NOT accurately depict the current condition of this home. The backyard was not cleaned upon arrival. The debris from the trees were everywhere. The shed was dirty. There are also no lights inside the pool, which essentially, you cannot swim at night. The cushions for the outside chairs were either ripped, stained or non existent on some chairs. In one of the bedrooms, the linen was stained. The property manager was emailed, but we never got a response during our entire stay. The TV in of the bedrooms did not work. Overall the property has great potential, unfortunately, we did not get the experience we were hoping for.

Outdated items, many repairs needed to be made including beds, pool lights didn’t work properly, found underwear in cabinet when we arrived, not enough items for cooking, showers were not cleaned, but after contacting property manager they did send someone out to clean. Was not comparable to pictures online. We will not be returning and I would not recommend this property.

This house is extremely spacious with plenty of room for friends and family. There is more than enough room for everyone, and the backyard area with the pool is phenomenal- plenty of places to sit. It is very conveniently located to grocery stores and other stores.
My main criticism of this property is similar to someone else wrote in their review below: the house has very little essentials stocked. You will need to either bring or buy anything you may need. The only essentials that are provided are towels and kitchen items like pots and pans, plates, etc. All paper products were very sparse, no cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. We were running to a store to buy things every day that we needed.
There were also a couple of things at the house that are in need of repair, such as a couple windows that won't shut, a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms, but nothing super major. The grill was not amazing to cook with, I wouldn't depend on it as a main method of cooking during your stay.
Despite this, I would rate the house 5 stars. It's gorgeous, me and my friends had a great time. I would absolutely recommend this property and would definitely return.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to places (restaurants, grocery stores, beach, etc). The pool is heated and we spent a lot of time in there. Each morning we spent hours with coffee on the channel and watched nature (iguanas, fish jumping). Our two complaints surround items we thought would have been there - more items for use in the kitchen (considering the size of the kitchen and the advertising of the size of it) and some toiletry/general items such as washcloths, kitchen towels, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels. We ended up running to the grocery store to buy some of these items during our trip, which for the price of the property would have thought would have been included. Overall this was a great place for the week and we would stay here again. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as we did.

This is the 3rd year my friend and I rented for several months. We love this location and privacy of this home and the pool, but this year showed the lack of attention to this property.Every year the maintenance people were very responsive however, this year the property itself has continued to decline and they were not as responsive. In general this property is not clean, underbeds, behind beds, dressers, laundry room, it appears that no deep cleaning is ever done. The linens were good and clean when we arrived but the rest of the property was not clean. Outside furniture has slowly disappeared over three years as it declined. Cushions for outside furniture have been moldy for three years in an outside storage shed and not usable. The outside wood table was moldy and even cleaning did not help it. The pool was great and remained a high point of the outside. The patio and kitchen windows looked like they had been washed with a dirty cloth and left to dry. I cleaned them myself and did not report it since maintenance response was poor. The kitchen faucet has deteriorated and sprayer doesn't work and the rubber top that activates it was deteriorated and disgusting and unable to be cleaned. The TV in the fourth bedroom off the hallway continues to have a large TV but it is not hooked to cable just internet. The kitchen cabinet pull out shelves are collapsed, the bottom of the cabinets is deteriorating as is the master bathroom cabinet. Blender is the same as last year in disgusting condition. Every year the icemaker in the refrigerator has to be taken apart and cleaned and ice chunks removed, not hard but shouldn't be that way, each new rental should have it working. Perhaps these things are tolerable for a week but not for several months, sorry to say we will not return, this property could be so much more and the pictures, particularly outside aren't accurate. The fact that the price is increasing without addressing basic issues is not right.

Nice Spacious location on the intracoastal waterway
This was a nice spacious corner property on the intracoastal waterway. However, there were several things disappointing. No ceiling fans, no cushions outside as depicted, ice maker frozen up upon arrival, parts missing on refrigerator, stove top visibly dirty, and a few other things. But overall nice property for short visit.
