Great location for our needs, nice bar, lovely staff.
The only issue really was the fact that we couldn’t turn the radiators off in the room and they were raging hot the whole night, so it was like TRYING to sleep in a sauna.

was disappointed to find food service stopped at 6 pm Saturday and we were not informed of this when booking in. Didn’t have the chance to rate the food .

No breakfast available early had to go to a nearby pub very noisy room

Clean, comfortable, friendly service and great value. Definitely a refreshing change from generic budget hotels. Freshly cooked Full English breakfast was a real bonus.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great.
Despite it saying that Wi-Fi was available it was at best non existent. I found it once and it was so weak nothing worked. This is essential for foreign travellers like me.

- Room facilities weren't the best, kettle on a shelf over the bed and clothes storage (rail) above head - clothes nearly touching my face whilst I sleep

I made a mistake. I meant to book the Lord Nelson Hotel in Liverpool near,Lime St Station and I was emailed that the hotel was in Brigg. I have never been to Brigg

WiFi doesn't reach the rooms. Some room's window cannot be opened.

Comfy beds and decent-sized room.
Location was central but this meant a lot of noise late at night outside - we were woken several times throughout the night.

it’s was very clean and cosy, the rooms were well equipped and the staff were very helpful and friendly
