Questa splendida casa in Oceanside in California è il perfetto noleggio di spiaggia per famiglie o amici in cerca di una spaziosa casa al mare. Situato a pochi passi dall'altra parte della strada per famiglie Buccaneer Beach, si ha la vista sull'oceano e un facile accesso alla spiaggia a metà prezzo! Questa casa sulla spiaggia ha 5 BR / 4BA, 12 posti letto in letti e consente fino a 16. Siete invitati a portare sacchi a pelo e lenzuola per le 4 persone in più. La moderna casa sulla spiaggia dispone di splendidi pavimenti in legno, una cucina a pianta aperta con granito e acciaio inossidabile, un'incredibile terrazza con vista sull'oceano, un patio privato e un enorme garage che può ospitare 4 auto !! Possono anche dare consigli utili sui posti dove mangiare e fare shopping, fare lezioni di surf, pescare, giocare a golf, noleggiare una barca o qualsiasi cosa la tua famiglia possa immaginare.

Good location, nice neighbors, well equipped house. There were a few maintenance things that could be addressed, but overall we were very happy. We’d stay here again.

The property was just as described and pictured.
We had one small problem which was fixed promptly.
The primary shower floor is Very slippery.
A palm tree crashes into the primary bedroom window when it is windy. The water pressure in the downstairs shower is weak. Otherwise, all is good to Great...

Comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen (except for teaspoons), responsive host, magnificent rooftop dining area-pray for good weather. Exceptional master bedroom.

The property is very nice, with a garage that easily fits 2 large cars. 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom on the first level, up some stairs from the garage and front door. The second level has 3 bedrooms, one with an awesome 5 piece master bath. Each of those bedrooms has a bathroom. Up on the roof is a spacious rooftop patio space with nice views. It was a short walk to the beach access, and a nice little coffee shop that serves good food as well as coffee. Theres a keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker that takes small round filters, if you want to stop at the grocery store before checking in. There were 10 of us that stayed 2 nights for a wedding, and we were very happy with the property and it's amenities

Our host, Kim was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had prior to and during our stay. the townhome had some great views which we were able to enjoy in spite of the exorbitant amount of rain we got during the week we were there.

Great views with comfortable beds & a well stocked kitchen. Boogie boards much appreciated! Good crosswalk with warning lights to get to the beach. Washer & dryer in good condition & worked well. Double car oversized garage. Kim responded quickly to all questions & concerns. I highly recommend this VRBO.

We loved this house! There was so much space and it was decorated so perfectly. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy on our arrival. The price was fair given the location and amenities. Great communication from the owner as well. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location! The great room is perfect for hanging out with a large group while cooking and chatting. We also loved sitting in the afternoon on the top deck enjoying food and beverage.

This property is spacious and located across the street from Bucanneer park (the kids loved the childrens playground) and access to the beach. This makes it very convenient for all ages. Eating places within walking distance. The only thing i found unusual is that the tvs do not have cable. Make sure you have your streaming account logins and passwords. The kitchen had no cutting boards, but otherwise everything you need to cook is there. They delivered cutting boards the day after our request.

We had a wonderful time! This is a huge house. We had two families - total of five kids. It is super close to Legoland and short drive to San Diego. Oceanside has a great vibe - very low key and easy going. Thanks! Would absolutely stay there again!

I had my sons and their family and siblings join me to celebrate my BIG birthday. Our days were filled with fun activities such as the Girls Surfing competition at the Oceanside pier. Spent time in Carlsbad strolling through the shops, had excellent food and listened to great music. Definitely will do it again.
