Tracy and Colin run an absolutely wonderful guest house. It is how travel used to be - personal and accommodating. Their place is absolutely fantastic for families with small kids.

Friendly and very accommodating hosts. Somewhere secure to store my bike. Comfortable bed and excellent shower, I needed nothing more!

The room was very clean and nice. Parking was easy. Lovely friendly welcome too.

The twins beds were a little narrow, was easy to feel like you might fall out!

The Westbrook Lodge was perfect for our short stay. The owners are lovely and the room and breakfast were just right. The Guest House was full of things that reflected the owners love of Star Wars, Harry Potter and Leggo.The Lodge was also ideal for walking into Margate and Westgate. I would certainly recommend staying here.

the rooms and bathrooms were nicely clean. The owners were friendly, and provided an attentive service. A good breakfast was provided for a reasonable price, and your order was taken the evening before.

The walls were very thin, and I had two very loud and chatty women talking till late next door! Perhaps some signs about respecting other guests, by keeping noise to a minimum?

While booking it I was a bit unsure because the toilets and showers are shared but when we arrived everything was spot on and always clean I give it 5* for sure Tracy and Colin was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Tracy and Colin were fab hosts. The room was comfortable and spotless. The guest house itself was very nice, with some personal touches here and there from the hosts. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it is great value for money, in a great location, close to Margate sea front. Highly recommended, I'd definitely stay here again!

Nothing, all was great!

Tracy and Colin were very kind and welcoming, they made me feel at home, don't let the shared bathroom option put you off, the bathrooms are clean and modern, I was worried I might have to wait sometimes but they were never occupied when I needed to use them. The room is bigger in real life compared to the photos. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of options. They very kindly cooked my eggs just how I like them. The property is in a good location, right by the beach and not too far from the station, dreamland and the main area. I'm very happy with my stay, I hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I arrived on the Friday to a lovely welcome from Tracey and Colin .Settled in my lovely Elephant room (I love Elephants) lovely and clean with coffee and tea facilities. went out for a walk along the promenade to Margate then back to St. Mildreds bay very relaxing. Returned to B& B to change for dinner walked back to St. Mildreds bay along the road side. Enjoyed dinner and beautiful Sunset. In the morning about 4.30 I was up and quietly left the b& b to practice yoga on the beach with sunrise. so peaceful. Back to b & B for Breakfast which was promptly served at time booked 8pm and cooked to perfection. I thank you both for a lovely relaxing breeak just what I was looking for. Great breakfast. The stay was more akin to staying with friends than as a hotel guest. Both Colin and Tracey were warm and friendly. Decent location in a quiet area of Margate, ten minutes walk from Station. Nice beach at end of the road

Room did not have en-suite but this was ok given the price.

hosts are really friendly, hotel is always clean. location is excelent a few minutes walk to the beach. WiFi is free but not required. Beds are comfy and rooms are themed.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well equipped the place was for the money.we knew when booking our room did not have its own bathroom and we Would be using shared facilities and as far cheaper than hotels around expected it to be low standard and a bit tatty but we were blown away at how friendly and clean it was.the owners were lovely and very informative about the local area. And as 2 girls that would be walking home alone late at night after a concert were told best routes to be at our safest.we highly recommend this guest house and will be using again.

Lovely hosts, love the little extra touches like extra tea/coffee/milk, and cotton buds/pads in bathroom, lovely decor and very coordinated, and the Harry potter magic dotted around, also a great choice of breakfast, with a great dinning area,though we didn't eat there as we needed the sleep as we had a late night at a local event, we would definitely book again if we were in the area

It's a shame it's shared bathroom, but the layout can't be helped, however it was very clean and well thought out with towels and bath mats, there were also 3 toilets so if one was busy there were 2 more to choose from

Brilliant place, Tracy and Colin are marvellous, they went above and beyond to assure myself and my two daughters had a comfortable stay. Spacious,clean bedroom. Delicious breakfast. Lots of added little quirks.Stones throw from beach . Will be back!

great location, lovely room, great hosts, super clean

I booked a shared bathroom so that wasn’t a problem but if this was an en-suite room then it would be 100%, rather than 95%.

Very comfortable stay in a single room for two nights and the location is perfect for Margate town centre and beach. Convenient bus stop too.
