We loved a garden and the spacious living room and the location was really close to the sea.

Great location, good sized rooms, clean

No TV , Internet intermittent, not enough cutlery, not enough dinner plates , no oven gloves, no tea towel, cooking was impossible. I burnt my hand attempting to use the oven. 1 hand towel for 5 people over 4 days. Tried to call and email blue fox rentals to get help and support to be lied to constantly. Over 2 days back and forth they ignored any communication. Would not send anyone to sort out any issues we had . Made a few days away for our family most disappointing. Would not recommend this house. They advertise what's provided and it's not correct at all....

Absolutely gorgeous little house. Perfectly located for our business trip to Dreamland.

Everything was beautiful clean and bright

Only the smell outside from the just eat shop was a bit too much in the court yard. But we didn't sit out much and it didn't spoil the holiday

Me and a friend stayed here for 4 nights ,it's a lovely big clean spacious house with a patio. Very easy to walk to from the train station and to walk down into town/old town. We walked to The Shell Grotto, The Margate Caves and back and forth to the old town many times . The amusement park Dreamland is situated very close to the house, not sure I'd stay here when Dreamland is open as they often hold concerts and other events in there so I imagine it would be noisy, however its a great location for an out of season getaway as Dreamland is shut during that time and the location of the house is quiet.

Don't quite understand why there isn't a washing machine that guests can use. That's the only thing I can think of .

The property was very homely, well presented and decorated. Finished off very well. Positioned well for what we wanted to do. Overall a lovely little place!!

Being charged £115.00 for cleaning prior to arrival that was sub standard to say the very least! No comment from the vendor re cleanliness issues. Being given the wrong details about what was in the property. Parking was a bit of a pain but was aware of this.

A really comfortable break at Grosvenor House, already rated highly for all criteria by my family. We do feel strongly that ensuring non-slip bathing/showering with use of grab rail/bar would be necessary and would only serve to improve a quality experience.
