My experience this year was disappointing due to the conditions of the property. The flooring on the main level was buckling in several places which made it a hazard. There was sand in the master shower and walls along the stairs had hand prints.

With a very quick walk to the beach, this home is in an ideal location. Unfortunately it is not as described in the listing, was dirty, needed maintenance and was missing the basics. Many of the beds were smaller than noted in the listing. The vents were caked with dust and walls and rugs were filthy. The refrigerator was missing the freezer handle, the Livingroom floor was so buckled that it was a trip hazard and one of the sliding glass doors was missing a handle. The kitchen was barely stocked with the cheapest of everything. We had to call to get enough forks and a vegetable peeler, which were delivered promptly. Property management was professional and quick to respond but should have taken care of these issues prior to our arrival.

House was perfect. Excellent location and space in the home was great. Had to purchase daily items (soap, laundry detergent, etc.) Also had to purchase extra blankets and pillow cases for the pull out bed. But we were fine to do that- we had ample info from manager. We also had to bring a pack-n-play for the baby. But house was really ample- space was great. Kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a 2 minute walk across the street and to the beach. Had our family (kids - teens down to age 5) with us and had plenty of space to stretch. Very well kept and clean. Will try to stay at this same property again in the future.

We had such an awesome trip to Myrtle Beach! Beautiful home in an awesome location! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay! There are a few things I’d like to point out about this house. For the amount of money we spent to stay here, there definitely could have been some improvements. The game room is kind of a flop. There’s one game and a dart board…The couch has stains on it and the pull out sleeper is a bust. We ended up buying blow up mattress because all you could feel was the metal bars on the frame.The handle on the sliding glass door to the back deck is busted so you have to be careful you don’t get cut on the remaining metal peice.The listing advertises an elevator… which we had no access to. There’s a his and hers sink in the master bedroom, but one of the sinks is broken. And the floors and area rugs on the main floor were gross and in need of replacing. Such a great house, wish it was taken better care of.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach and this house's proximity the water is great. It's about a 7 minute walk which made it easy to go back for lunch and dinner rather than feeling we should bring meals to the beach. The house was very nice and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. There were a few issues, though. Some of the furniture was in a state of disrepair and a few of the chairs were ready to collapse, particularly the remaining roller chairs around the card table. The dining room chairs were not all that sturdy and easy for kids to tip over. Also, some of the beds did not have sufficient supports underneath. The sofa bed in the basement is very stained and gives an awful impression when you first walk in. The only real concern was that the dryer dial never moved and so would not turn off automatically. We had to set a timer or risk cooking our laundry or worse. Otherwise, it's a beautiful spacious house with plenty of room for several families. I'd recommend staying here in spite of those issues.

My family loved staying at this house! We had 12 people consisting of 8 adults, 1 teen, 1 preteen, and 2 toddlers and had a comfortable stay. It was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of things near the house to do and eat. The garage was a little scary to pull in and out of initially because of the tight fit, but we got use to that pretty quickly. There are other reviews mentioning coffee makers, but they had both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot which was really nice in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m not sure when (if) the owner ever visits this property. Many items are either in disrepair, broken or very used. The couch in the living room has stains all over it. We put towel over the couch but it’s still too uncomfortable to sit on. You sink way down into it on an uneven plane. The comforters are either never washed or rarely washed. The master bedroom comforter had a glob of something on it ( and therefore was not used). They only ask that you strip the beds of sheets & put those & the used towels in the wash room when you leave. Not the thin, easy to wash comforters. The master bed mattress seems old/ more than just broken in ..one side sinks down a lot. The toaster has no knobs on it ( they are broken), a glass in the cabinet was chipped and one of the guys cut his lip on it. The dart board game has darts but the tops were broken off on every dart. The bumper pool table has zero pool cues. The lower lever shower had very poor flow. The living room tv seemed to work ok. The others seemed to require smart tv passwords/ codes that were not provided. Kitchen is poorly stocked with cookware & spices. We were woken up at 7am to stoneblasting around the house & stone dust everywhere. It’s a fairly nice house in a decent location but it seems like the owner doesn’t care about the upkeep of a home or just rents to spring break kids that party & damage things.

Luxury Vacations are just that
Although the property was not clean upon arrival mgmt made sure it was put to right. There was a last minute booking the cleaning crew did not know about. We were well compensated for the mishap and our stay was wonderful for all the people we had in one house. Sure there is wear and tear and from the looks of what the previous renters left behind it’s obvious. But as I said it was made right and to me that is what counts. Communication with mgmt was in good time. A definite keeper for future travel.

It was a great experience and we want to come back. We were there for a week because of death in the family. I do not think I could have gotten through this heart wrenching time without the presence of the ocean daily. The house is beautiful and spacious. I would recommend a thorough cleaning. Most of the furniture was very dirty and smelled like dog. It was obvious that the upholstery had not been cleaned in years. Very pretty accommodation but was not clean. The floors were sticky and I saw a **** roach. We would love to rent this house again. I know sometimes the owners do not frequent the rental and are not always told about these things and that is why I want to bring it to your attention. It's a beautiful house but needs to be cleaned. Especially the upholstery.

Hoem was gorgeous, just as it shows in the pictures. My only complaint is the parking. For a home that will sleep 15 people the aprking is awful. I drive a chevy truck and my wife drives a suburban, neither of them fit in the garage area without leaving the doors open. Very frustrating.

Beach Vacation for 15 - Ages 2 to 85
The house was perfect for our group!! Enough space for everyone to spread out and have room to move around. We used every bedroom, brought cots for a couple of the kids, a pack-n-play, plus used both pull-out couches! There were just enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready for each activity! We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner a couple times - the kitchen is well stocked with cookware! It's close enough to walk to the beach but you will need a cart or wagon.
We had a couple small issues when we arrived but they were resolved quickly with a call to the management number. Our one complaint is that garbage is to be put out on Wednesday night for collection, but the garbage generated the rest of the week is to be removed from the premises upon check-out. It is not reasonable to ask for someone to take garbage home with them from vacation. It is also not fair to the next group checking in to have space already taken in the cans, (as we experienced), from the previous week's trash. It would be helpful to let renters know where they can take their trash from Thursday-Saturday when they leave.
This is a beautiful, luxury, beach house in a great location! It is perfect for a large group! We will book again!!

Great location and property. Issue with air conditioning, but property management corrected quickly. Only suggestion would be to replenish some of the utensils, as there was not a well functional can opener - but, if that’s the biggest complaint, then we can absolutely live with it!!! Cant wait to come again!!!

We planned our visit as a large family trip but due to health issues it was my husband, grandson and myself. We loved being able to walk less than a block to the ocean and beach. Was centrally located for everything. We can’t wait to visit again next year
